  • Great video. It took me a while to get here but I'm glad I did.

  • @wingdflame haha thanks H. :)

  • GREAT JOB!!!! That was a pleasure to watch. I have just started to get the motions and the meanings down, behind my Taizu- long fist. The ancient one. not the later set of southern exercises. but the actual Quan.

  • mechanics first then flow then speed then power

you have decent stance and flexable in your

    favor!

  • look at the russbo video of this form spelling lohan good practice!

  • Great i wonder what those movement mean to you ... But the form is great the way you do it ... Thx for sharing ...

  • I learned this form too, a little differently though. But I've seen a lot of other videos on youtube that are called luohan quan also, do you know why? Is one wushu and one traditional? or are they both traditional?

  • They are pretty much all traditional. Basic forms such as lohan, Hong, Lian Huan, Canon, etc. all follow the tradition. Its just different teachers do it slightly different. Thats just how it is.

  • 00:37, oooohh!

    Need some work there, buddy~
