This vid is from Homicide: Life on the Street, a 90's tv series, which also had a tv movie called Homicide: Life Everlasting. It's pretty dark, but I think it's also got a good sense of humor and in short, I'm crazy about it. There are some clips here on youtube and I think the movie is pretty much all uploaded here in parts.
