One question HusabergRacing what is the top speed of 250 and 300 2 stroke?Im italian and im very interested for a husaberg 300 for enduro and motard trasnformation(sorry for my bad english)

@darves91 Ciao, the top speed of course depends on the gearing but with the 6-speed gearbox the top speed will for sure be above 130 km/h. German Supermoto legend Jochen Jsinski raced a TE 300 Supermoto this year in the German Championship and managed to win some races so top speed shouldn't be an issue. :)

@HusabergRacing I klinched 139km/h if the speedmeter is correct. And this was in a field! I own a TE250 -11. 140km/h on tarmac with motard tires shouldent be a problem.

Hi, the presenter said, it has dual chamber front forks, which can also be seen on the video..similar fork cap to 2006 ktm sxs fork, with 1Bar nitrogen pressure.

But would like to ask, what is the fork spring stiffness, presume in a 4.0 to 4.4 range.

I have a 2000 Husaberg FC 600 and its the best machine i ever had! I really love this machines and if i could i would buy the Husaberg 300 but my country is in recession :( i won´t risk now and keep my old Bergie! Great to see you getting into the two stroke game when so may have got out. Now all you need to do is add direct fuel injection so the power delivery can be controlled to what ever the rider wants and their's also the better fuel milage and cleaner burning. I know this can be done, BRP already did it in snowmobiles and boat motors. So be the first and change things up again like yamaha did with the first four stroke 400. Lead the way and let others try to catch up..

I just tried yesterday all the new 2011 husa and KTM and i have to admit, even if i really love 4-strokes the 300 2-stroke is sooo good!

it has not only power in the high rpms, it has also a lot of torque in the lower rpms and it handels the best! According to me the husa 300 TE and the 530 EXC KTM are the best enduros for 2011 on the market.

But riding the 570 FE and the 300 TE one after the other is really hard work! :D

Sure its rehashed parts but the KTM 300 is a great bike. Obviously KTM owns Husaberg, but this will help with the development of more two strokes to come!

LOL they use the front fender from a 2006 KTM or older and the rear fender from a 2010 KTM or older.........

The frame is from a 2010 KTM or older......

Suspension, engine, exhaust and other things are also the same as KTM!

Overall it's just an 'OLD' KTM!!!

Does KTM have 6 Speed on the EXC or whatever with 2-stroke? Do they (KTM) have dual ignition maps? The KTM would probably have different rims, probably better rims.

I would prefer 13 liters. That would get me 70 miles of riding. Good enough range to get to a gas station without shooting straight to it.

you may make an 11 litre tank and that is a nice option.

BUT direct injection would be adding 30% fuel economy, and other benefits.
