I just looked this up in the us patent section of the Denver Public Library and the patent is there. But I cannot find the clinical trials.

Dr. Boyd Graves. Very sharp very available. I called him and spoke with a couple times. Fighting alone the brother suffered but staid the course no organization helped in his quest.
