It is ridiculous to see that the police did not investigate well enough the first time, that it took an ordinary civilian to fin the evidence necessary to get him arrested. If the police had done the job correctly the first time, maybe you wouldn't have to be chasing this around so many years later. Books could have been closed and everyone could have moved on, if only the investigators had done their job right the first time. I'm sorry you have to be going through this.
California Attorney General Jerry Browns office is reported to taking over due to J Hughes kinship to Riverside District Attorney R Pacheco. Does it mean his trial will be scheduled in Sacramento Co and not Riverside Co ?
