i played it the other day at guitar center. its a great guitar and id love to have it, but for the style i play a strat is more fitting.

if you have a gibson les paul standard, how would you compare the two sound wise and feel wise. do the seymour duncan pickups make that huge of a differance

@joebob701 yes i have some expreience whit the pickups. they give you a more open sound whit more bass and agressiv sound. they are more dirty and give more twang not so cremy as the gibson standard pickups. But if your les paul standard is older and dont have an chambered body i would be carefully whit chanching the pickups to de alnicos 2 pros. because i have an 1992 les paul studio who wheigts 10 lbs and whit de seymour duncans it sounded tooo fat because of the bass. Try it out
