Another from a series of songs recorded for the now defunct Balkan Record Company of NYC during Roza's trip to Istanbul in 1953 or 1954. Balkan Records was owned by the Albanian immigrant Aslan Aydin. Roza visited her birthplace along with the ud player, Agapios Tomboulis and the lyra/kemence player Lambros Leondarides (all Istanbul born) and worked and recorded , alongside the great musicians Sukru Tunar, Udi Hrant, Ali Kocadinc, Kemenceci Parasko (Lambros' brother) and others.
