Wow...quite a nice service you're providing here! I remember my childhood trip to a museum in Lancaster, where they provided headphones to listen to a recording of simple phrases uttered in PA Dutch. I still remember how to say "seven lanterns" and "eight pies" in PA Dutch; although I wouldn't try to spell it. Your videos are very interesting to me. I hope you'll continue to make them.
I'm just curious about this since I've noticed that you seem to pause and think quite a bit when you are speaking in your videos: Do you think in English or do you think in Pennsylvania Dutch and then have to translate your thoughts into English (and vice-versa, having to mentally translate English into Pennsylvania Dutch)? I always wonder how bilingual/multilingual people sound inside their heads (especially those hyperpolyglots who speak more than 10 languages. Woah!).
@Trayambakam3 Yes, I do think so, and also sometimes I get a little lethargic and stutter, but I think there is always a little of the translation issue that you have to do in your mind in order to talk when you have more then one language that you speak.
