Reading the posts here, it seems like some of the irony of this performance is lost. Granted, it's probably hard to discern from the video, but this performance is certainly tongue in cheek. Check out Ben's comments at the end.
It's bound to be a little off-key when they're performing live. I honestly don't think it's too bad of a cover. If they were in a studio, I'm sure the sound would be a lot more pure and awesome.

Rufus you're being modest. I can kind of understand why as artists they do it, but I'm just not a big fan of these two guys collaborating. Great pianists both, but their voices just do not jive well. I like the two-part harmony and the nice energy in this performance. Am I imagining things, are they straining and off-pitch in several places? On the other hand, maybe that's a common problem in live performance that's almost inevitable.

This is to Sepharite, this was a free concert in Central Park in NYC a few years ago and it was on channel 7 ABC. I'm so happy to find it here since I do have it on video tape but now I can delete that !!!!
@Sepharite Ben, Rufus and the band Guster did a triple-headlining tour in summer 2004. I was lucky enough to see them in Buffalo -- they did this there, plus Guster played "Fair" and "Give Judy My Notice" with Ben, and I think there were a couple other collaborations that I don't remember! It was an amazing show -- I'd never heard Ben or Rufus before but now I'm a fan of all of them. :)

This is to Sepharite, this was a free concert in Central Park in NYC a few years ago and it was on channel 7 ABC. I'm so happy to find it here since I do have it on video tape but now I can delete that !!!!

@Sepharite Ben, Rufus and the band Guster did a triple-headlining tour in summer 2004. I was lucky enough to see them in Buffalo -- they did this there, plus Guster played "Fair" and "Give Judy My Notice" with Ben, and I think there were a couple other collaborations that I don't remember! It was an amazing show -- I'd never heard Ben or Rufus before but now I'm a fan of all of them. :)
