  • Oh hai! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my father got hot 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

  • Wow I was losing 4 lbs a week while eating right and exercising but I guess some people are different

  • Hello! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.

  • GOOD FOR U!! KEEP GOING!! IM STARTING 2MOROW!! CAN'T WAIT!!

  • wow, you do all those activities during the week and still your not losing the desired weight? are you sure your not just gaining muscle weight? snacking at night though is definitely not the best thing lol i do the same.

  • how do you get the first month free?? anybody please help. thx

  • Hey great video and good luck with your journey. Water...divide your body weight by 2 and drink that many oz of water ( 100lbs/2 is 50 so drink 50 oz of water)...water helps increase your metabolizm...Dr. oz says drink 8oz of cold water first thing in the morning, when you get up the cold water in a warm body makes the metabolizm work to warm the water up...i.e. BURN CALORIES...also try to eat something once every 3-4 hours...this too raises the metbolizm...hope this helps

  • are you still taking sensa? a friend at work just started it so its got me doing some research on it. Please let me know how your doing with it now if your still taking it. thanks

  • @MrsDunbar22009 I stopped taking it for a while. Hubby and I are thinking about having another child soon. So we will see, but the first month it worked!

  • @nhop76 good luck with new baby! thanks for responding.

  • @MrsDunbar22009 Thanks sweetie!! :-)

  • use mio or lemon for water

  • I dont think nothing is wrong with the diet or any diet, imo I think that you should workout more. I read that to lose weight a person needs to work out at least 5-6 times a week at least 1-2 hrs per day. That P90X is the answer and to work that at least 5x to lose unwanted fat. Never be afraid of muscle. I lost 65lbs so far with P90X .BTW I'm on the Belly Fat Cure diet (Jorge Cruise) and I lose abt 4 lbs a week and I am over the age of 40!!!!!

  • @kamikani08 Way to go sis! I can't wait to film an update video! some great news and I am finally closer to my goal weight, Yay!!

  • @kamikani08 you dont have to exercise one minute of your life to lose weight

  • @lilfats that's true in a sense, I dont want flab nor have to have an expensive surgery after I lose weight to remove the flab , you are forgetting Im not 20 y.o. that the flab is at a mininum.....that is the reason why i exercise!

  • Thanks for the video, Tasha! I too am interested in the Sensa program. I am already doing the low carb diet and have lost 35 lbs~but it can be expensive and just this morning ShopNBC has this product for 4 or 5 flex payments~ so that is something to consider to anyone that wants to try the program and do not have the money upfront! I will be watching your videos to help me decide if I want to do the Sensa program....

  • My suggestion is drinking tea. I've been drinking diet tea for about alittle over a month and lost 10 lbs. 1 cup of tea after each mean so 3 cups a day. Hope that helps. (:

  • what happened to p90x

  • @koko331 I started taking martail arts last summer and that consumed my time from doing the entire progrom 100%. I still do P90X, but only a few DVD workouts like CardioX, KenpoX. Once I get down to my goal weight. I will get back to the P90X in order to tone up the body for sure :-)

  • You can also watch inshape4u videos on here they are very informative.

  • I am glad that you are doing well with your weight loss. Thank you for posting about Sensa, I have been curious about it. As for water intake my doctor told me to take my weight & divide that number by 2 & that's how many oz. You should drink per day.

  • @LaMariposanegra74 Thank you for the info about the water intake! I am currently working on increasing it to 90 ounces since I weight 179.

  • Have u tried roca labs gastric bypass formula u can look it up here on youtube for some reviews on the product. It's good and it really works.Sorry I'm new to youtbe and I haven't found out how to upload pics and my videos but they will be coming soon lol;)

  • Congrats on your weight loss and thanks so much for sharing. Try chewing sugar free gum when you feel like snacking. You'll save a ton of calories. I also am trying to lose weight and look forward to your next update to help keep me on track.

  • Congrats on your weight loss; wishing you all the best on your continued journey. You look amazing; lovin' the look.

  • I don't know much about Sensa becaise I'm using HCG Pellets and I lost over 6 lbs my first 3 days. I researched between Sensa and HCG and I'm glad I decided on HCG.

On another note: Increase your water and really look at the sugas of what you are eating. Are you eating fruits that are high in sugar like Bananas and oranges? What I learned from using HCG is that there are hidden ingredients in that will make you stall or not lose weight. I hope it works out for you.

  • nite snacks: celery sticks or popcorn w/cayenne pepper. keep it movin' sista, you'll get there!!

  • IDK if someone else has mentioned this but Crystal Light, and even Sugar Free Hawaiian Punch packets are delicious and usually around 5 cal. If you want Zero cals try Vitamin Water and Sobe Lifewater.SO Good! They are usually 2/2.50 at most gas station convenience stores and even 10/ 10.00 at like Tartget or Walmart. Hope this helps! I too am on a weight loss journey. I have a ways to go but have come very far too. 46 down and about 54 to go. Be Blessed. Love your videos!

  • I have heard that drinking a lot of water helps. I know I need to drink more water myself. I used to have a personal trainer who recommended doing cardio three times a week and strength training twice a week. I have been doing cardio, but I also need to start strength training again. The strength training I do is Pilates twice a week and Zumba Toning once a week. I have also heard that 85% of losing weight comes from your diet. I can't eat whatever I want even though I am burning a lot of

  • What about the p90x u were doing before? Maybe if you get back to that, practice portiona control and drink lots of water it will accelerate your weight loss...

  • I'm a snacker too! I cannot help myself. I am trying though. I have to get back on a workout routine. Good luck and stay blessed and beautiful~

  • @chamirose Thank you and you the same :-)

  • Congrats on your weight loss so far!!! I too started dieting three weeks ago and so far I've loss 10 lbs!!! I'm so happy about that. If u cut out drinks all together and just drink water only I bet the weight will start falling off really fast( that's what I've done along with portion control and no fried foods)! Good luck!

  • @Babydoll0458 You are so right about the fried foods, for real! I have cut them out this week. The drinks is not a problem because we do not keep sodas in the house or coffee. If anything it's juice, so I cut that out too this week. It think with my new portioned controlled diet low carbs, high fiber and protein I will be off to a great start in month two with or without sensa.

  • Congrats on your weight loss. Add a slice of lemon on your water or some fresh lemon juice. It will help you drink more. Keep up with your workout and increase your running. Do interval running to burn more fat, run fir 5 mins, walk for 1min until you cover your mileage for the day. Running burns more calories and weight loss is burning off mire calories than you are taking in without starving yourself. You look great in your face and from what I can see toned in your upper body hence the

  • @figuremom Thanks Erica!! You ears must have been burning. I just went to the store today and purchase a bunch of lemons! No joke. So I will be using that to get the water down. Thanks so much for our encouragement for it is always welcome!! Have a great evening diva Hug, Tasha :-)

  • @nhop76 Hey Tasha, you are welcome. Sorry for the late reply as I've been doing most of my communication via my phone. Good luck on your journey and if you need me I am here. Hugs, Erica

  • Also you have to stop eating 3 hours before bed. Congrats on the weight loss.

  • Honestly try the 3 hour diet. You eat every three hours smaller portions and lose weight. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and then dinner. Work out 5x a week for at least a half hour and two of those days should be strength training. You can also google the 14 day diet which diet and follow that it easy. Dieting is all about portion control along with healthy eating and exercise. That sprinkling stuff on your food is no good for your body.

  • CONGRATS ON THE WEIGHT LOSS. YOU LOOK SO PRETTY AS ALWAYS!!!

  • May I know how tall you are?

  • @katwalk27 I am 5'8" tall

  • @nhop76

I am also 5'8.... I used to weigh 128 lbs and then I went up to 156 so I started working out, honestly that's the best & fastest way of losing weight, getting toned etc.. Don't waste your money on useless products/pills/teas etc.. there's no better way than changing your diets (lifestyle) and working out. I was 156 last December and I'm currently 142 ..the eliptical machine is a girl's best friend lol. Get sleep and hydrate yourself :) My goal is 136lbs by summer. I'm 27yrs old btw.

  • @katwalk27 Wow! My goal weight is 165. That is a size 8 for me. Since I am large framed I can't get any smaller than that according to my doctor which is true. You are so right about not wasting your money on pills and stuff. Most likely this will be the last month I use Sensa. Since I now I will see weight loss on my own. Best wishes toward your goal!! You will get there, I know it!!

  • I use to be a weightloss consultant. A good tip to remember is not to stop eating at 7pm if you are a late night sleeper. If you go to bed at 10-11 then it;s ok. You NEVER EVER want to starve your body or you will store fat. Also Carbs should be eaten in the morning to boost energy. You will get faster results if you don't eat carbs at dinner. Don't deprive yourself of carbs either, it's good for you.

  • @MissBeautymarks Thanks so much for that!! I really appreciate your help! You and everyone here are amazing!! Have a great evening and be blessed :-)

  • What's on your lips? Very pretty color.

  • The best rule of thumb I heard is drink half your weight in ounces so for you that would be at least 90 ounces a day. I drink 50% of my weight everyday and it has helped my weight loss so much and my skin OMG! Congrats on your weight loss and just keep at it.

  • @kswafer Phew!! 90 ounces. I better work it then! Thanks!!

  • Get the 8 glasses of water jug at the drugstores I think they all carry them if you don't see them ask at the counter.

  • @TheTrulyUnique1 Thanks for that! I will check that out!! Then I can carry that jug with me everywhere until all of the water is gone! Thanks!!

  • Your welcome Diva :-)

  • Best wishes with your journey :-)

  • @Brena1971 Thank you :)

  • Hey Diva! Congrats on the weightloss! Any loss (big or little) that brings you closer to a healthier body is good loss :-) Try snacking on apples because when they break down in your system they turn into water, fiber and vitamins. I like snacking too and I'm also to a weight loss journey, so far so good. Works for me :-)

  • @KelzWayBeauty Thanks for that suggestions!! I am definitely on the vitamins and fiber kick for sure this week! I will try the apples too! Best wishes in your weight loss journey too :-)

  • Hi BC, try to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. Try to avoid eating after 7-7:30 pm and get plenty of rest. Unfortunately, the lack of water, rest at night, and late night snacking is self-sabotage :( I carry bottles of water in my purse and briefcase bc I go in my purse/briefcase several times throughout the day and have to see it. The bottles of water cause my purse to be heavy so I'm eager to get rid (drink) of them...I guess its a mind thing. I hope this helps.

  • @onecoolatty Great tips. I will have to use them myself. Thank you

  • @onecoolatty Phew!! I will get working on that! I like your ideas of carrying the water in your bag. Thanks! That is a great reminder on drinking water. I am going to have some right now :-)
