I have done all you say in the video. Yet, when I do this the computer says "device not found". I have vista. I am trying to install a program on a Pandigital Novel (Black)... I have installed Android from Pandigial's web site. Whomever solves my problem first I will paypal them money!
I fixed the problem, just chuck the app onto the SDcard of the phone. Then download an app called "Astro File Manager". When the phone is unplugged from the computer you can open Astro and install the app from that. Hope I helped

When I use the adb.exe it just flashes open and doesn't do anything.
I'm using the Gext if that helps at all?
