I have a question (to the French people).. that scene in the video has her writing on the board/ being test ... is that how people are really tested in France? Like alone in a room, on the board, in front of a teacher? No right? Just curious.

@yourmommm123 In France you have both written and oral exams. And yes people are tested like that. Whatever you do, you'll still have an oral in front of a teacher (not always on the board though, you just seat in front of the teacher and talk on a subject)

@yourmommm123 It does happen. Most tests are long DST = Devoirs sur Table ... dreaded tedious written tests, often on saturday morning too. Yippee. Anyway in my time they were. In Preparatory classes you have "colles" like this though. You are tested on the board after a 15 or 30min preparation on problems. I hated preparatory classes.
