How can it not be about race when you clearly have supporters who say things like " I don't l;ike the way they look, they way they talk to my kids e.t.c" That is a value judgement based on cultural differences....That constitutes racism. I consider myself as someone who doesn't look at skin-colour, or ethnicity, but rather, i look at peoples deeds, how they behave and conduct themselves in relation to others and society. Considering that not a single human ever born, alive now, or yet to be born, can choose their skin-colour or tone, i would like to suggest that basing your opinion on such an immaterial issue is wrong and divisive and not logical.

And what are your thoughts on Beth Din Courts operating, and having operated within the UK, for centuries, what do you think about that? Why isn't that a problem/issue for the EDL? I have heard NOTHING from any EDL/SDL/WDL member regarding Beth Din Courts operating in the UK, but of course, Shariah Law is the big bogeyman, isn't it?

They were sailors recruited in India to work for the East India Company, and so it's not surprising that the first Muslim communities were found in port towns.

I've heard there have been small numbers of yemenis and somalis who came over around 1900 too but nothing like the rate of immigration we've seen since after the war and that despicable tony blair got in in 97.

You can't just quote a part of al-Qur'an without knowing, or understanding, the seerah behind the verse. Understanding seerah is vital to understanding, and therefore knowing, al-Qur'an. I appreciate the EDL. I think that the EDL has to organize as a political group and human rights advocacy group. It would be good to always point out the fact that authoritative Islam is a religious political system of government (which is totalitarian, and supremacist, and imperialist), and the fact that the modern Islamic Supremacist political movement is a political ideology and political movement (a fanatical religious political ideology and a fanatical religious political movement).
