  • This is what I have found works best for ME. For me, its not really about how many sets of a specific exercises, but more about the total number of sets. For back i like to do about 7 sets. That could be 1 set of 7 different exercises, or 3,3,1...

  • Nice. Your workout is based on high intensity and low volume. Wich frequency do you use when doing workouts like this and how do you warm up?

  • I train 2 days on 1 day off, which means I train each bodypart directly about once a week.

    I warmed up before barbell curls with: 6 reps at 135, 4 reps at 225, 3 reps at 275, 1 rep at 335.

    Before biceps I did 1 rep @ 135 barbell curls.
