I dont know how many man crushes I can really have, right now Kyle Korver is taking that spot up. I guess Edge has some traits aswell. As for Phil he didn't do anything he basically just took over good teams and did what that stupid ass tringle offense? He hasn't done shit with the leagues top player, so it is clear that he needs more then one star. If he does something with the current lakers, then maybe. I give him some credit.

How is he possibly holding the cavs back? the only thing he is holding is lebrons jock, lebon has run that team from day 1. Also Brown if i recall correctly was an assistant on the spurs. Not trying to defend him in anyway, because I believe he is the worst coach in the league. At least making decisions. also Frank from the nets needs to go.

Not sure about Frank but Mike Brown just doesn't seem to make good plays and utilize his other weapons. I know, most of the time he doesn't have to b/c of lebron but without James, that team is shit.
