  • HAHAHA

  • Fix it later

  • its got nothing to do with the fact people are medically trained or not, the fact is no one even goes over to them to help. WTF lol fat ass lazy yanks

  • @liamhills This is in Canada

  • @marty32 its not just medical personnel its looks like no one gives a flying fuck. the funny thing is the man who walks of with the bikes before checking if anyones okay.

  • I'm going to say it again. We medical personnel do not live in your schedule. We do not arrive when the situation occurs right then and there. We also do not fucking sprint because we could hurt ourselves doing so.

  • Typical mini driver parks right in the worst possible place.

  • LOL even bicyclists were rubber necking

  • Stick a motor in those things and join the real world. LOL

  • This is retarded you dont even see that crash just them laying there

  • those bike are so light

  • bottom* line, i enjoy watching vida like these seeing them crash! Like i said: POETIC JUSTICE.

  • HAHAHA POETIC JUSTICE! All the times those assholes drive in the middle of a major road and slow all the traffic down instead of using the sidewalk! I fuckin hate it when they do that. I always have to drive around them cause their going like 10 mph on there bikes on a 45-50 mph road! If any car tryin to go around them has a head-on collision with a car going the opposite way, they prob would just keep goin and laugh like assholes. Bottom

  • @tj526 It was a RACE on a CLOSED road. No cars. I was in that race, we were doing about 30 mph when the crash started. One rider shattered his hip so badly it took him months before he could walk, he was out of work for half a year almost lost his career. Don't be a douche!

  • @wonderweasel i know it was a race on a CLOSED road. obviously lol. But I DONT CARE. these same cyclists(not sure about you) probably get their practice holding up traffic on public roads and highways. Let me ask you this: as one of them, do you ride ur bike in the middle of the road on fucking highways, holding up poor motorists trying to get to work or class? Ever heard of a sidewalk? WHY DONT YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES USE THEM FOR A CHANGE! Unless you're just getting off on annoying people.

  • @tj526 The only reason I as a cyclist feel a need to take the center lane is primarily when stopping at a light to show I actually follow the legal rules of the road. Sometimes I feel it necessary to take the center of the lane when people consistently refuse to give me my legally allowable space when passing, ask a cyclist how many times they've been hit by a passing truck or car mirror, or practically washed off the road.

  • @tj526 Also riding on the sidewalk will not solve the problem, because now we have people to worry about, people who will get scared when they see a bike approaching at high speed (less likely 10 mph and more like 20-25 if its one of these guys) and will freak out and become prone to do something like jump in the way, most cyclists drive cars as well so try getting over yourself for once, and I know for a fact it takes like 10 seconds to pass a cyclist. So get over yourself.

  • and in that fucking 10 seconds i could collide with a car from the opposite direction! People like you are inconsiderate asshole liberals. Wonder why you've been hit by a passing truck or car mirror? ROAD RAGE! They dont feel like sharing a 50 mph road with a fucking cyclist! SIDEWALKS ARE THERE FOR A REASON! WHY DONT YOU USE THEM AND GET OVER YOUR FUCKING HANG-UPS! I mean seriously, is "showing that you follow the legal rules of the road" worth getting killed?

  • @tj526 too bad you can't get in a half decent ride on a sidewalk dumbass, infact, it's more dangerous fro cyclists and pedestrians alike to ride on a side walk at any considerable speed. Most cyclists I know are very laid back considerate guys. Learn how to share the road, cyclists aren't going to stop using it so you might as well make nice

  • @salleens7 u all go WAY too slow, bottom line. when ya get hit, dont start bitching.

    I'm done.

  • @tj526 if it's the car's fault, I'll bitch all I want.

  • @salleens7 and they'll say FOLK YOU!!!!! and run ya over again LMAO. Then they'l' say "hurhurhur i got em that time..............."

  • @tj526 It's a sidewalk, not a sidecycle. Relax and get your capslock fixed.

  • you wont care when ur dead, i can tell ya that right now! You really think its fair to cut in front of a bunch of cars at an intersection and get right in front when the light is red, forcing all of them to go at ur pace when the light turns green? NO! YOU'RE JUST GETTING OFF ON IT ARE YA?! YOU KNOW UR ANNOYING PEOPLE AND HOLDING THEM UP AND IT IS JUST AMUSING YOU!

  • @Jamesbarrock u voted for obama did ya?

  • @tj526 fuck you dude.

legally you're not even allowed to bike on the sidewalk.

  • A restart?!!!! This aint no nascar race!

  • I know huh :D

  • !uck you Jack, I'm ok.

  • a restart? your kidding! u dont do no restart like that in a bike race just cause a few people fall. just laugh it off, hope u dont crash, and get going

  • if the race was in a closed road (in where you make laps) or there are riders after the crash and the person who falls is in serous risk the race can be neutralized, cause the medicals need space to work

  • @imbrd @cnwGP7 Actually yes you do restart. I was there, we couldn't continued because a number of riders were seriously injured and had to be taken away by ambulance. After the bodies were cleared, we lined up and did it again. I finished 4th.

  • This announcer pisses me off. Of course they can't continue they are injured! He annoys me anyways.

  • ale kurwa głąby tutaj są zamiast go ściągnąć na pobocze to leży na srodku

  • and it hurts to fall

  • Road bikes can actualy go 40-60 mph. Today I hit 47 mph. sucks!!!!!!!!!

  • Road biking is a little different... Speeds up to 20-25mph. And sometimes their shoes dont get unhooked after the crash and they are proned to twisting their ankles from it. I guess BMX bikers dont require any clipless or clipped pedals.

  • Road biking is different they can go up to speeds 20-30mph. ANd on top of that, a crash can cause the road biker to improperly unclip or unhook out of their pedals and twist their ankle.

  • BMX bum bandits

  • Have you ever seen soccer?

The lycra is so thin it's pretty much skin grinding on concrete at around 40 km/h combine that to the state exhaustion and shock these riders are in and you can hardly say they're being dramatic.

  • yeah, you wanna know why? Try riding your bike 20-30 miles per hour and falling. It hurts farrrr more than getting hit in football, or soccer. It's happened to me.

  • More to the point is the commentator Will Ferrel?

  • Why does it take the medical/safety staff so long to get to them? the rider in yellow begins to crawl away before someone gets to them. Not good enough in my books.

  • yeah totally wtf,

  • @Tharrild Usually we're told not to run to a scene mainly for our own safety. Can't treat someone if we break a toe if we trip. But in this case they did take a bit to get there

  • @Tharrild It took them 20 seconds. If that's not fast enough for you, why don't you volunteer next year and show them up.

  • @alexreidca don't know where you got 20 seconds from? the crash happens at 3-4 seconds someone rocks up and doesn't even acknowledge those on the ground someone then turns up to remove the bikes then another couple with clipboards. Umm last time I checked a clipboard doesn't qualify you as medically trained. No one with medical equipment turns up till 47 secs.

May be they do need volunteers the trained professionals obviously can't get to the injured fast enough.

  • @Tharrild - what do you mean it took so long? It was just a minute or so before medical people arrived, pretty fast. It's not like you have a EMT stationed every 10 feet around the course.

  • @Tharrild It took them 48 seconds to get there from the time of the crash. I'd say that's a pretty damn good response time. What you should be upset about are the other riders just riding off without even checking on their fellow riders.

  • haha! fucking stupidest video ive ever seen, 2 stupid ass bikers fall and dont get up! ive had friends fall off motor cycles going faster and they just get up...my uncle hit a car with his crotch rocket, and he got up atleast, i didnt stay up, but he got up...

  • I'll agree its not the best video but your an idiot. Tell your friends to slide in spandex at about thirty miles an hour and just brush it off. The only stupid ass bike rider here is your uncle who managed to hit a car with his crotch rocket. HAHAHA what a fuckin idiot.

  • haha, well my uncle isnt that stupid, he fucking t boned a car doing 55...wareing a pair of basket ball shorts and a nike t shirt, both got blood on em...and he keeps em as a reminder...and he got some bad ass road rash...so, why dont you, grab a pair of basket ball shorts and a t shirt and go crash a crotch rocket doing 55 into a car...it hurts more than that pussy ass bike crash...i take harder hits in football practice...

  • which further proves your uncle is dumbass for riding in basketball shorts and a t-shirt. I guarantee that if you take a bad spill on a road bike you will not get up. That dude prolly broke his pelvis which is a common injury in cycling, if you break your pelvis you will not just get up and start walking around.

  • I was in that race. It was sketchy from start to end. What you don't see is that prior to the start/finish, you come down hill into a rough off camber corner at about 50 km/hr, then head through the start/finish at full speed. This is where the crash happened. It occurred on the first lap (usually the fastest) when an inexperienced commissaries pushed started a later racer INTO the pack which was moving at full speed by this point. One racer missed 6 months of work because of his injuries.

  • get pillows and blankets and make them get a nap.

  • That gentleman forgot the first rule of his first aid course: Scene safety!

Then he kept letting go of the c-spine which he was so adamant about protecting, without doing a proper ABC check or rapid body survey. I'm sure some bystanders could hold the head for you!

OK, I'm done my armchair quarterbacking for the day. ;)

  • I feel like I'm watching a comedy bit on tv..what the hell's going on?

  • I don't think I have ever seen such a useless lack of medical attention in my life !

  • Shit...Road rash, Call 911, help...road rash, send a chopper, we need a wet sponge and bring some band aids!

  • That's way more horrifying than my ditch ride on Duffy lake road at 65mph in gravel, LOL! weekend warriors. I wiped worse in the high Park criterium in T.O. and still rode.

  • well, maybe next time you'll get the kind of crash your looking for

  • Aren't you just the hero. One of the riders was actually quite seriously injured and missed nearly half a year of work as a result.

  • what the fuck, 2 riders hurt on the floor, where the fuck was some proper help straight away? that commentator is a prick he should of had the road shut around them. fucking rednecks.

  • What are you going to do? Pick him up and carry him? Elevate his feet? Rub his forehead? Get EMS there ASAP.

  • lol stupid peoples...americans?hmm sure..help!dont watch on disastet but help dudes

  • Let me guess, you ride mountain bikes huh?..... Yeah.... I'd love to fall on soft dirt and grass instead of pavement. Quit being an ass try to assume that maybe he isn't a "pussy" and he actually hurt himself.

  • what; with a broken pelvis?

  • Uh huh, you fall at 45km/h on tarmac and see what happens.

  • fair play? where!???

  • The guy in green is very lucky he didn't brake his collarbone

  • That's USCF for you, worthless....

  • Really...? in Canada - they get around, huh?

  • Didnt anyone like the guy in yellow ? no one seemed to help him

  • u barely see anything

  • looks like that hurt!

  • fuckers helppppp!!!!!only watching stupid people

  • one out of two that walked away was helping that one guy jeez

  • c mon help them!

  • shame
