Just by the way regardless of whether or not your state tests for emissions, according to the EPA it is still ILLEGAL to remove ANY emissions equipment, including your cats. You can be fined up to $10,000 PER unit. So if you removed both rear cats thats 20K, if you removed all four (which would throw a CEL on) you would be looking at 40K regardless the car isnt even worth 10K so Id think twice about doing it...

ok he has the same set up. the car came with duals. you cut the rear two cats and mufflers. you put on the supper 44's with a 2 1/2 in pipes. you can use the factory tail pipes but put some tips on it an you will be loud

It's true dual. All P71's have true dual exhaust. And once again NO the CEL does not come on. My state doesn't have emissions testing.

cuz i been wantin to take off my back to cats and my grand marquis, i got cherry bomb pros (which dont sound to shabby and should sound bettter with my back two cats off) and been thinkin bout switchin to either the delta 40s, super 44s, or slp's

but is that all u did to it, the cats and the flows, no engine work (heads, upper intake, cold air etc.) cuz if so it sound sbadass for only doin the cats and flows

That's what i thought. People talk about them being terribly loud but they aren't at all, kind of wish i would have went with SLP's.

yeah, slp loudmouths sound decent. cherry bomb extremes really sound good too for being a cheap brand. my favorite are borla S (stinger/sportsman) series. very aggresive and loud... but expensive.

I didn't put the cat deletes on mine, and it actually works out kind of well. I do a lot of driving between State College and Pittsburgh, PA, so being stuck hearing the drone can be killer.

Still, my car wakes up all the neighbors on my block at home when I go driving at 4 AM, so I think the aggression is still good.

And BTW, a 268 HP Camry? Last time I checked, a V6 was ~210 HP.

@Firecat400EX they're the loudest anfd most agressive street muffler, they make the Delta Force race muffler and the 10 series racing mufflers, not to mention the Outlaw which is like a Dynomax Race Bullet, any of those are louder than the Super 44, but i prefer the Super 40 because it has the deepest tone

To Mr. Camry.. Stop watching Crown Vic videos. I've seen your rude comments on several of them. If Vic's are pieces of crap, then why do you keep watching clips of them on YouTube? And you're assumption that your car has more power is false. Your Camry might have a little more HP than a STOCK Vic (unlike the one in the video,) but you fall behind in the TQ department (by almost 40ft lbs.)

Search camry burnouts, they're prety good. Im pushin 248LBS of torque, and 268HP. The camry has NO sorque under WOT, even in manual mode. Go test drive one. If im not mistaken, the camry did better in a crashtest then the Vic. AS a matter of fact, the vic can blow up in a rear impact. Also, my camry isnt foreign, it was made in Kentucky, not canada like the Vic. Your just mad your V8 powered car is slower then my V6 powered car.

Id much rather take a crown vic, or a grand marquis (which I did and you can find on youtube doing a burnout) over a camry. Not only do i get to carry 6 people (something you cant do) but enjoy rear drive as well. My grand marquis does make more power then a stock camry, and I paid far less for my car then you did. And get about the same mileage. My last highway trip average was 33 mpg. If you don't like the cars, don't watch the videos and don't reply with that kind of post.

First of all the reason for the fires during a crash is police officers carry tons of crap in their trunks, during a rear collision things such as tire irons are projectiles that could possible puncture the gas tank. Ford fixed the problem by designing a trunk pack to put equipment in. Second it's a 4,200lb car you can't expect it to go fast captain obvious. The majority of the money that you paid for your car went out of the country. I also don't get why you watch videos of cars you don't like.

@ITHINKICANFLYNO Only idiot people compare camry with Crown Vic. Crown Vic is much better than a camry. Can you drive ur camry in desert? Can it take bumps like crown vic takes? Can your camry take all that police shit? Does your camry have body on frame as crown vic? Can it take corners as fast as crown vic? The answer is simply NO because I have tried almost every car. And there aren't many cars (not trucks) that can be compared with crown vic.
