  • Like that skifa scandi, if interested in selling or trading, email me. Thanks. klinker47@aol.com

  • Great knives there bub. Especially those Doziers! Good to see the bushcraft in video.

    Congratulations!

Now post some pics on the forum ;)

  • Love those Doziers! Probably my favorite maker out there, I've put some of his skinners to good use and they never disappoint.

  • @tjsulli790 I doubt I'll ever skin an animal. I just appreciate the super thin edge and stupid high hollow grind. It's good for other things.

  • @turbo311

Absolutely, I use them food prep quite a bit too. They'll slice just about anything.

  • Nice knives!

  • Not bad quality at all. Beautiful fixed blades. Could you show the sheath for the last knife in a little more detail? It almost looks like its 3 layers of kydex..

  • @aHippieWithKnives That's the style-B vertical sheath, standard on most of his larger models, some smallers ones, and probably my favorite style. The belt loop section is integral to the rear folded half, then the front half is riveted to the back, so yes it's like three layers.

  • @aHippieWithKnives Luckily the Pro Skinner that I ordered has the style-B as most of his knives have the style-A horizontal. The style-A isn't double layer as the clip isn't integral, but it's a cool design and definitely the easiest to access your knife. I just don't always like having my knife on the front of my hip, interferes with seatbelt in car, and sticks out under an untucked shirt. Plus it's out in plain view for people to see which isn't always cool.

  • @turbo311 Awesome, thanks!

  • is the chipped bark river the one were you thought it might have been pushed to far in the sheath i remember something about that.

  • @chrisw40 Maybe, it's the little blue G-10 E.L.K.

  • @turbo311 oh okay i was thinking of the orange handle Canadians.

  • you should have through some of your sweet bark rivers in there if you still have them.

  • @chrisw40 Well these are all new that was the point. I have one Bark River left from a couple years ago that was supposed to come to me new but has a broken tip. I don't really know what to do with it.

  • @turbo311 well that totally sucks should have sent it back i would have been pissed those aren't cheap i remember you old videos on them.

  • @chrisw40 They're overpriced that's for sure. It was a long time ago, it was a trade, the guy wouldn't admit any fault. I could send it in to BRK to get it resharpened no prob but I don't care enough to do so. I'd rather enjoy my Doziers.

  • @turbo311 yea those are nice.
