Ok so i downloaded it, but when i press record, here is what it says.

I downloaded the link in the description, I can see where the drop down menu Wave Out Mix is in the vid, but in mine these is a grey blank box which I cant do anything with.... why?

@Sanfordkill100 Make sure your speakers are on, since Audacity has to hear the sound. Also set Audacity to "Wave Out Mix" in the top-right corner.

When it says "Wave Out Mix" i don't have that option, only Master. Why?

I checked the audio i/o preferences and there is nothing available for recording device, not even Wave Out Mix.

I've figured out how to stop it from recording using a mic. You MUST set Audacity to: Wave Out Mix. This should solve the errors.

My Audacity also wants to record from mic... How do I tell it to record without it? When I select an input-device other than the micro, it shows me the same error as RJARBY got...

Make sure the audio stream is set to an "Out" setting. Mine is "Wave Out Mix."

1. If you ahve any mic or webcam plugged in the computer, turn them off or unplug them.

2. Make sure you have the runescape music on highest volume and have your speakers turned on.

3. If both of those fail, try downloading Audacity again.

Oh, and also, make sure you have enough disk space to record the soundtrack.

Make sure you extract it as a WAV or MP3, don't click save or save as, or it won't work.

i fixed it now it was because when i extracted it as a mp3 i needed to download the 'LAME' libary thing but thanks any way ^^

I know a way on how to NOT make the music change while walking, click on the Track Loop button. It's the circle arrow button.

Lol yeah same, I was working on my Gutterball 2 Strike collection Episode 2 video, and while I was recording, not all the bowling pins were knkocked down, but the front thee fell on each other one by one, and I was like "WOO HOO" then when I play the file, you can hear me say "WOO HOO"!! xD How do I turn off my webcam??

If it still doesn't work, you may have a webcam attached to your computer, get both the webcam and the mic out.
