If it makes you feel any better, men are now under similar pressure to be thin and attractive. So I completely know what you mean about the seeing an image and feeling like you won't measure up. For me, that's a week day. lol

That said, work on your brain cuz looks will fade and so will the people who were attracted only because of it. Be healthy and happy. Happy is a great place to be.

Oh yes, I know this. All of us with ED's and BDD know that.  It's just different. I mean, yeah, a new goal is to get in shape enough to do this one photoshoot, but usually I just want to slim down for how it feels to be in a thin body. I like feeling small and feminine. I already have a bf who likes me at any weight, so I'm not trying to be outwardly attractive (except, temporarily, for the Maxim editors). I'm sorry to hear even men are feeling so much pressure to be thin.
