yes, and those health effects include killing babies, obviously. that's why every pregnant woman who happens to smell a little smoke immediately has a miscarriage. i'm being sarcastic, of course. I hope this video is too, because if the makers of it honestly believe second hand smoke is this bad, they are miserably misinformed.
I think that this video is saying that when people smoke in public places, that they don't realize what the effects of it may be to the people around them
