I have regrettably gained 10lbs while you were losing. I have been laid up since Sept after my aneurysm surgery and was just diagnosed with Epilepsy and having seizures. I absolutely can't do the exercise part and I am depressed and eating everything bad for me. I am so ashamed of myself and watch what an amazing job you are doing and wish I could freakin believe in myself. I know you don't know me but you have responded to my posts and I feel like I've let you down.:(
After watching your rap videos as well as your other videos on your other channel, I stumbled upon this channel and after watching the first few videos I felt inspired to begin my journey to a healthy mind and body. I was wondering what you would suggest for early exercises to help me get into shape as well as some diet tips. Note I will not be removing meat from my diet. But any advice and suggestions you could give would be awesome!
Is it bad to eat fruits and veggies at the same time? Or if I were to have a V8 or Naked Juice that have all these fruits and veggies mixed... is that bad for your digestive system?
@emilylostthemap V8 and Naked juice are dead foods. You need to buy a masticating juicer and juice your own juices or make smoothies. The nutrients start dying shortly after they are juiced. Don't waste your $ on prepacked "health" drinks, they aren't healthy. Best wishes!

How strict are you with your rawfood diet? Do you have occasional "cheat meals" for example when you dine out with your friends or when you just really feel like eating chocolate or something? I was just wondering.

I'm curious, have you ever watched any videos on youtube about Michael Pollan's views on what food is? I think your viewers and yourself would really appreciate his view points on the differences between food...and "food like substances." Just thought you'd be interested since you only eat Raw/Whole Foods. :)

Dude I know about it getting tedious sometimes. Like all I eat during the summer is salads and fruit. It seams like you've really embraced this lifestyle, which is awesome!
@moleman99999 i wonder the same thing about him. He seems to be doing okay, I'm sure an occasional serving of fish or chicken would be even better for him though. We really do need to have some animal fats in our diet. At least 2 or 3 servings a month.

Are you sure you are getting all the amino acids and such that you need? i am pretty sure you can't get them all from just fruit and vegetables.

@RAWRawn Ye you get some amino acids but there are about 25+ amino acids and i think some are only produced in animals. i could be wrong,
