Like, you could see the backdrop and rest of the city, but couldn't actually GO there. But yeah, catching taxis, like GTA, and seeing loads of different NPC pedestrians on the way, able to react with them like any other Sim. And maybe walking could be an option, so you could actually see the different transitions from one district to the next! Seeing the bright lights of Neon East go, and then you end up in the industrial Foundry area
