@bnbob01 Hi Rob & thanks, yes it's so easy to add a few extra things to make the bread really something else. Wilma bought some more Italian herbs today. Thanks again. cheers
Jeff and Wilma , Thanks for the video . You folks are the greatest ! Im gona download this video for my personal collection and try to make these at a later date . In the meen time you can send them to-------- lol just joking my friends . Have a wonderful morning . Tubby
@selfreliantboy Thanks Tubby, I hope you do make them, you wont be sorry. I can't stop raving about them, however my next bread will be onion & poppy seed. I made them last week. I'd say the smell in the house was equally as good. This was inspired by a u-tube friend from Holland (tartan-lassie). Take care Tubby, bye
Jeff, you said "195F", did you mean 195C? (195, 13x15, LOL, I love this, I already drive my wife nuts with numbers so this is a great new area to develop).
@baconsoda Sorry Brendan, I didn't realise that was on there, I thought it was edited out. Yes, for sure 195F. I'll have to get the expert to put a caption up to correct it, thanks mate. I hope you try these. take care my friend. cheers
You love that separation moment don't you? We all do too. Fibonacci!!! You have just made bread making the greatest thing ever for me because I was a maths lecturer and love numbers. Also, I'm sure you know that Fibonacci series relates directly to cells in honeycomb.
@baconsoda Hi Brendan, WOW, I've only just recently discovered Fibonacci. I'm counting the petals on every flower I come across. It's about 50/50 split. F.nos & non F.nos. I have some Romanesco broccoli growing hopefully to see the spirals. I hope I'm not too late in the season. The heat might beat me. I know the drone family tree is F.nos. I didn't know about the honeycomb. It's all very fascinating.
You make these videos with all the practical tips so they are easy to understand. Please keep making them as I find them very interesting. You are very lucky that you have a wife that enjoys helping you. Can we watch a video of you doing the Washing & Ironing for your wife????
@meringue1000 Thank you Meringue, I am lucky to have a wife that likes to help. We work in well together. I hope you try this bread. If you do, keep some in the freezer for when friends drop in. anyway thanks again, cheers.
