It really makes me wonder, why did Bette say that she hadn't seen Jenny when Tina asked (after Tina got her sweater). She did see Jenny, but I find it hard to believe that Jenny fell off of the porch because no one heard a splash of the water. I'm trying so hard to believe that Jenny slowly let herself into the water, and drowned.
@TECNO1BOY JUST WAIT! Jenny is by far one of the most complex, myserious characters ever. It all unravels soon, trust me. Keep watching, and pay EXTRA attention to series 6. especially episode 1 and the last episode.
I dont know; showtime had made clear to Ilene Chaiken that the 6th was going to be the closing season, therefore the finale might just be one of those which have no explanation...I mean that even IIlene might not have construed it as a murder perpetrated by one of the characters, as much as a way to shock the audiece and left them speculating about it to one another. besides Jenny was found in the water, therefore she didnt die by falling off the deck, and had no sign of strangulation..nonsense.
@Seastarwsc if I remember correctly Bette met with Jenny on the balcony; if she was going to murder her she'd have pushed her off...what do u think, that she dragged her down the stairs and to the pool and then drown her? its unlikely.
@melanzio u mean it's unlikely for someone to try to mask a murder therefore trying to make it look like an accident, or in this case, a suicide? Bette would do anything to protect her family and her friends. If it seemed she was pushed off the balcony theyd all have been suspects, and they were anyway but she was trying to protect them

It can't look like suicide too, unless Jenny she took some sort of pills , which we dont know, and then jumped in the pool. It just dont make sense to me.
@melanzio i watch enough cop shows to know this stuff trust me, everybody knows jenny was pretty messed up by the end of season six, so much she could have killed herself, and pills would have shown in the blood tests and they didnt mention anything during the interviews with the police, so i dont think it would be very hard for someone to put their hand over her mouth, drag her down and drown her, plus it would have been pretty smart for the DNA would have dissapeared with the water.

i think Jenny's death was purely accidental. the unfinished railing was mentioned CONSTANTLY during the last episode. and Jenny was never around to hear about it. I think after Bette bitched her out, she maybe leaned back or turned around to be all Jenny like and leaned into the unfinished rail, falling from the new second story into the pool.
I think she fell through the stair railing that had not been repaired yet, everyone knew about it but her, she was not there to hear the disclaimer from Bett.
I think Alice was convicted because she got caught up in the interrogation when she said, "arent we talking about who killed Jenny Schecter" then the detective replied " who said she was killed" so she ended up taking the fall because of her choice of words.
