They're not exploiting them, the Arabs get a lot in return for their oil. By no definition can it be considered exploitation when you have Gulf arabs living in welfare states without having to pay ANY taxes. No one who goes to the gulf could ever realistically argue that Arabs are being robbed, or exploited economically by the West, it's so laughable, and yet so widely believed.
Rather than have social services paid for by tax money, they're paid for by oil revenue, which they get from us.
