Im thinking about writing this woman in a kentucky prison, i live way over seas so it probably wouldnt be much of a security worry. Any info you can give me about this kinda stuff?

cool - I've had prison pen pals. One of them made me an awsome blak and white card using only ink - I had it framed.
I would reccommend that if you take up prison pen pals that you use a P.O. Box and don't give them your real last name - many of the are scam artists. But there also some lonely souls that just need a friend to believe in them. Good for you for writting.

@hackleback there are web sites about prison pen pals such as write a prisoner. They can give you a list of pointers. Also check with the pen pal about what their specific prison allows to be sent as different places have different rules. Good luck :)
