@WhoDoeS2008 (option -w) u must select a .txt file with that contains passwords , letters, numbers etc. a good list is as heavy as 32GB .txt file . Even with a good home PC it could take a day to crack a simple WPA password. So , WPA is a hard job cracking.
You are taking the long route to decrypt the WEP key by using Terminal, you can easily do it by using CLEVEN's GUI. Other than that you used cleven correctly.
Te complicas mucho desencriptando la clave con la terminal, cleven lo hace directamente desde la interfaz de usuario grafica sin problemas. de ahi en mas todo lo hiciste bien.
Hi @DaniFilth84 there's an interesting point in your comment, thanks for notice it, when I decrypt WEP key using cleven, the terminal window closes just when the key is found, doesn't give me time to see it. U know if there is a decrypted keys list or something like that? Thanks @DaniFilth84
Hello @edgarelias00, yes, there is a list with the decrypted keys, On cleven menu, select, Show Keys, and it will give you another GUI, it shows the keys stored on the device, select the desired previosly cracked SSID and click on Read Key, and voila , and you can actually copy it from that field and just paste it whenever necessary.
