As always, Jhonen makes something heavily sadistic that is just seeping with commentary. To me, this video is a statement on how we take things for granted and how white privilege is not really privilege. You are not safe in your suburban home, and there are asshats waiting to make an example out of you. I'm going to guess that the song inspired the video. Even though a lot of Vasquez's work is by most standards despicable, I laud him for breaking taboos and making thoughtful work.
