@luckyStrike89ru Well, I suppose all people from europe have some level of similarity in their voices, sometimes its easy to tell, other times its not. It could also be your headset or the voip server was distorting it and making you sound different. I guess in the end it all comes down to the individual, and where they live and whether their dialect is easily distinguishable. (Or it was just one of the *facepalm* fuck-ups everyone has from time to time, I know I have)

@stealthiscool For the British forces operating in the forest, their uniform color is dark green just like that of the People's Liberation Army. Secondly, the rifles used by the two factions are both bullpup. Therefore sometimes it is quite difficult and takes time before you can identify the intruder's true identity. Besides, the enemy never thought someone dared to try this with two squads around - they might not even bother to check. Nice approach Silly.

For those who do not know, the reason why he wasn't shot on sight is because the uniforms looks TOO similar. It's not like TF2, where team colors are easily identifiable as Red vs Blue.

The 'thing' they're building is a FOB (Front Operational Base), which allows team members to spawn there as long as there's no enemies nearby.

For those interested despite the surprise that took about 5 of Marco49's 6 man squad down, they were reinforced quickly and never lost that position again for the entire remaining round.

Had Silly been completely successful (the tank had no crew while being repaired), and how amazing would that have been, he could have changed the entire outcome.

Just goes to show:

War is just as much about Luck and Skill as it is about numbers.

@AlphaGodDamn4 128 player servers are still buggy. BF only supports 64 players so it doesn't display names (the key thing that usually gives people away at that range. It will only display the first 64 people on the server which is why he got away with this.

Spawning's a little different in PR, building a FOB lets your team spawn there as long as there isn't an enemy nearby. It also lets you build other stuff, like mortars or machine gun emplacements.

As for why they didn't notice, I guess nobody really looked closely at him, from a distance soldiers look pretty similar.
