Check out a "Panavise" camera mount. They are cheap and are really flexible when choosing a place to mount it. Check out some of my on track vids of my CTR swapped CRX.

You should hold the camera in your left hand with two fingers. I gave you a video response with one of my earlier videos to show you how it looks.
