oh sweet im from tondo! man i miss that place, having taho everyday mmm, I just visited there a couple months ago but i wana go back already, you should try going to there at christmas time its awesome.
Tondo Manila is a friendly place, many nice and kind people here not social climber compared to other places.but people always misinterpret it when they heard Tondo Manila. They are after the place which is sounds bad before. But that was before, and now some places here was already develop. And lastly, almost men & women here are beautiful inside & outside. *wink*
i couldnt agree with you more, back when i was growing up there till 12, im 19 now, i wouldnt recall my family rich, but we were living decent, and my friends was mostly people that live in sections such as that, which was close to me, and yea friends from school was 2 far away, cuz i went to private school!. i miss those days oh men! specially the taho, fish ball, and u dip that thing in the sweet sauce! ohh men

Tondo is not as dangerous as Bicutan is today.
I used to work in an NGO in the area, and our French colleagues have never had any negative experience.
In fact, you'd meet more nice people in Tondo than in Makati CBD.

It's OK to shower in the rain in PH cause the weather's mostly hot, they just have to make sure to get themselves dry right after.

i used to do that when i was like 4 to 7 yrs old..
but when i got older...it didn't happen that much...
mostly i'm with my teen friends...just walkin around the street....then....eat lugaw..to someones..house...when we feel like goin on the rain..
