This is from a Soundtrak (Likely from a movie)... Which one I can't remember as it has been a while since I heard this.

For the simple reason that I doubt blizzard have updated the music in the files yet ( it is still early days for cataclysm )

That said this place is so beautiful, and that mount ( that you get in guild achivements ) is...something else...

Nope. It's a raid and dungeon, that's it. What you're seeing here is likely the raid called "Throne of the Four Winds". There is also a 5-man called "Vortex Pinnacle".

It's not a neutral city nor is it a full, questable zone.
