hopefully these videos give you some insight...simplified, you can just visualise the kind of life you want without worrying about meaning, the follow through with action, similar to how you'd carry on when you're dreaming lucidly...if you stress out the way you did while recording this video, you loose all meaning and become a stress basket...all the best dude, just thought I'd pop by with my 2 cents

Also, understanding the world as waves or whatever, even getting at a vibration that pulses below all things, doesn't help us understand or define a purpose to life, but rather eliminates our ability to forge it. It all creates a very nihilistic mode of thought.

I don't think you've quite explained why we should even bother going beyond what we perceive as reality. The way we construct our reality in our mind is probably the only way we will ever be able to perceive it, since we have no other method of perception. And even if we could, there isn't an intrinsic value to discovering or understanding underneath the "meaning" of life.

My opinion is this.
Scientifically the meaning of life is to survive, simple. Individually primarily and secondary survival of the species and the survival of your DNA through reproduction. Our lives are motivated on a base level by our drive for things that aid us to survive, Sex and Food and Sleep.
On another I guess deeper level lol our lives only have the meaning that we give to it!!! It's your choice what meaning your life has. We give our lives meaning through our actions.

The mean of the numbers 1 through 100 is 50.5 , you can do it in your head its simple, add it up 100 + 0 = 100, 99 +1 =100, 98 +2 =100, 97 + 3 =100 so on so on............ through to 49 + 51=100. These additions can be done 50 times so you get 5000 with the 50 left over therefore
5050 / 100 =
You think you are going to answer the question of all questions, your going to give us the meaning of life???

Actually, you'd count 100+1, 99+2 etc... meaning that you would have to mulitply 101 by 50, and then divide by 100. It comes out at the same (obvious) answer, but your method was slightly wrong.

This is just how I saw it in my head, I agree that if you did it on paper your method may appear more logical. If the answer is correct the method is not incorrect, its just different. Its the answer that matters.

It basically made you sound dumb.
The "meaning of life" is a philosophical idea and does not tie in to the English language. Your mind over analyzed it, and just kept delving deeper and deeper, even though logically it made no sense.
