  • brilliant , beautiful song.

  • hello, your "enhancement" actually sucks, you can't hear the string section.

  • Elvis couldn't wash Roy Orbison's socks !!

  • I just told God, If he allows Roy to come back were willing to trade Roy for a large number of rappers..... Wouldn't that be a nice New Years resalution.....

  • @snorris50 First of all, there is no god asshole, and if there was, wouldn't that fuck with his divine plan? ;-)

  • got the video for Christmas. Can you imagine Roy singning with the angels??

  • Just flat out the best there ever was or ever will be.

  • * * * * *

  • Awesome...just awesome!

Thank you for posting this in quality audio!

  • The instruments don't sound loud enough. The violins.

  • past, present and future.. there will NEVER be another voice that even comes close to the magic quality of this mans once in a lifetime voice

  • So beautiful it makes me cry... for the one that is gone... I miss her so much.........

  • bellissimo video, canzone molto soave...

  • Who is the woman with dark hair singing back-up with the blonde hair back-up singers. She rocks my world to be sure.

  • @speedofc

That would be K.D. Lang. Jennifer Warnes rocks my boat. Ola la!

  • According to one of Roy's biographies, he quite literally composed "In Dreams" in a dream. When he woke up, he wrote it down immediately. It's weirdly analogous to the chemist Kekulé discovering the ringlike structure of the benzene molecule via a dream about an Ouroboros. I guess one of the signs of true genius is creativity that continues when the conscious mind is asleep -- amazing! Thanks for posting this exquisite song.... love it, love Roy forever!!!

  • hey, NoorAHaqiqa,,,this is the best version of this song,,,and ur quite rite about Roy Orbison being missed, thank G for my mp3 player!!! lol !!!

  • 1978 in the back of my dads cortina estate, going to see my mum,

  • My favorite song from the one and the only, Roy!

  • He did all the other musicians to the bell boys wherever he appeared.

Sometime I wish I never heard him.

  • all these videos are really rare and awesome...thank u for sharing them! i really love this song...

  • RIP

  • If you do not have the concert video Live in Black and White you are missing the ultimate Roy.

Amazing this song could be so scarey in Blue Velvet.

  • Patrick Swayze at 2:59

  • Gorgeous!

  • @harmancipatricia couldn't agree more. just wonderful.

  • als je door de bomen het bos niet meer ziet kwa zangers

en je hoort dit dan weet je dat dit ongeevenaard is

zo iemand als roy.o komt nooit weer ...helaas

  • WOW! This should be the future of YouTube!! Genuine HD vision & sound of a killer tune :o

  • AMAZING! I have been a fan of his since I was 13 and first heard "Leah" when it came out.

This download is the best audio quality I have heard on youtube. The clarity of the instruments is stunning. I have just listened to 3 or 4 of your enhanced versions from this incredible concert.

    Thank you, Pleonasme777....

  • The greatest singer I have and will ever hear. I cried the day this man left us. Such a wonderful person, saw him live. So many heartbreaks for this man and he still went on giving moments like this. R.I.P. Roy.

  • @Pleonasme777 Good job 'enhancing' the vocals, Roy's guitar, the drums, but the string section is barely audible.

  • ne one hear this in blue-velvet ? or just this concert?

  • simply, BEAUTIFUL

  • This bit of perfection was a song that should have written to last twenty minutes

  • Bruce Springsteen, Elvis Costello, Bonnie Raitt, KD Lang, all backing up the never to be forgotten Roy Orbison. Even now almost 20 years after his death, Roy is missed. This is from the Black on Black concert that the Knowledge channel plays so often. It is also possibly the best version of this song ever......

  • @NoorAlHaqiqa

yeah i cannot believe it was that long ago he passed on :(

  • And rappers think they can sing

  • @jus4funtim well, they don't actually sing, they rap.... there's good stuff out there, don't let prejudice keep you from trying new stuff...My dad used to say rockn'roll wasn't music, afraid of being like him (I was already smelling of moth balls), I found some rap music I love and now I'm saved.

  • @lulubelle0bresil -That was my point, they don't sing and most likely cant sing and they're lucky if they can rime. There is no prejudice in my thinking. Rap is not music, rap is in my opinion at best, "poetry" to a metronome. Disco,Electro music didn't last long and I don't think Rap will either.

  • @jus4funtim Why do you have to belittle another genre of music? They are incomparable and should't be compared. I don't like it personally, but it's such an easy, dick move to do that. Just as well I can say "and Orbison thinks he can write a progression" on a Chopin video. It's an easy and ignorant thing to do.

  • @bilbomarks You call it music?and yes, @just4funtim it was dumb of you to even mention it here.

  • @jus4funtim Correction:

Rappers think they can rap. Rap is a different thing, its own thing.

  • With Bruce Sprinting?.

Roy Orbison is fantastic.... ... in dreams, pretty woman, blue angel...

  • the man is a true legend, stii be listening to his music in 50 years time, not like the rubbish thats played now.....

  • Soooooooooooooooooooo Gooooooooooooooood :-)

  • wow brilliant sound, well done.

  • fantastic sound - well done!!!

  • YVW

  • @Pleonasme777 hmm

  • Thank you

  • Encore, merciiii !!!!
