    1:16-1:20 - I guess Bizet's Carmen

    1:31-1:35 - French national anthem

    1:46-1:50 - Happy birthday :-)

    Umiliani is pure genius

  • @diesssa 0:51-0:55 is John Brown's Body's refrain (Glory Glory Halleluiah).

  • Original? In this song I heard the National Amthem of Colombia (0:51)... but, this song sounds good.

  • namahna namahna!

  • cała Polska śpiewa tutututu manah manah tututu rząd podatki większe da

  • This music is not from The muppets ???

  • @juliocesarshitsu The original song is from the 1968 mondo film "Svezia: Inferno e Paradiso." The Muppet Show didn't begin until 1976, but Mah Na Mah Na was featured in its very first episode. The Muppets standardized Inferno's part of the song, and in so doing made it quite famous. So, this video is 100% fake.

  • what is manah manah it meening ???

  • @kinzy9

    the question is: who cares?

  • Nananana

  • the coolest song ever! :D:D:D:D:D

  • ftw mnah mnah

  • Great Piero Umiliani !

  • do u have a link to it?

  • piero umiliani's one is quite different.. i think they were both part of a wave of "mah nu" type music in italy in the 70s, but compositionally they're quite different?

  • @eoghankidney No, this is precisely the same melody as composed by Piero Umiliani, even if the instrumentation is slightly different.

  • If it looks like Tony Clifton, and it sounds like Tony Clifton.........

  • This is not the origonal tune. The origonal tune is by Piero Umiliani, from the movie soundtrack "Sweden, Between Heaven and Hell".

  • @caveman735 but that version "piero umiliani's one" have many of the differences in the tune

  • it's a Piero Umiliani's tune :)

  • there's MANY versions. the original was piero umiliani's which actually came from an italian porno. dave pell's & leroy holmes' versions also got radio play as this song was a worldwide phenomenon & us kids would dance to it in our diapers! LOL

was checking to make sure no one's posted a clean copy of cake's version as i'm about to add that modern rockin' update to my channel.

another great song kids loved in the 60s that's been forgotten is "percolator" (later used in coffee commercials)

  • @djgambitron "Sweden Heaven & Hell" is not a porno... It is a fake-documentary about Swedish society in the late '60s (issued in 1968). Nothig special but the soundtrack.

  • @drpulsar

i'm just repeating what i've heard 100 times. never watched the film or intend to

  • @drpulsar

It isn't hard-core porn, no, but the movie was an excuse to show T&A, which, by the standards of 1968, was rather sensational.

  • @quadibloc Yeah, the movie is hot and the whole soundtrack sounds so sexy! I think Piero Umiliani's music has the best vibe across '60s and '70s.

  • three words: funny XD

  • Why can't they put this song on itunes i love it.

  • Holy shit! This goes directly to favorites

  • great song

  • YEAH!
