Having berated the scientists for using condoms to reduce AIDs, the Hitlerjugend (who does't like to talk convincingly about his childhood) is lecturing African leaders on corruption, particularly the 'outside forces' who are interferng with the natives! After two thousand years of leading Europe by the hand to conquer the world, the Pope imagines the local chiefs are corrupt! That's funny!
