  • Have you ever tried to see how long you can hold the position at 1:22? A couple guys on here have done it over 7 minutes! A real test of ab toughness.

  • Looks great man keep training hard

  • In order to ge a 6 pack, you gotta do Cardio and be on a diet

  • I'd trust an ectomorph to tell me how to train.

  • great abs! into getting massage?

  • I thought when we do hanging legs raise, we have to bring legs to the chests?

  • i've seen this before actually!!!

  • my problem is the hunging part I think my harm are not strong an half to keeep my self up(I'M a Girl) I'm very fit but my hram stil small so what u suggest to get my self strong an half to hung?

  • I have the same problem so I use hanging ab straps (they're like elbow sleeves you can slip your arms in and help you give something to hold onto). I'm only on hanging leg raises though.

  • This is called "Windshield Wipers" for obvious reasons. Keep feet together and do these to exhaustion. Do them slowly and see just how many you can do. They are great for building forearms and lats. Dylan did an innovative way to help you get going if your abdominal strength isn't quite there yet.

A variation on the Windshield Wipers is Circles--keep the legs going in circles.

Thanks Dylan for spreading the word.
