  • There is no harm in shaving the head, keeping the hair small is better than keeping them big, unless in some conditions you maintain it exactly like the prophet, the Prophet SAW has shown anger on long hair. Also shaving the head is considered afzal in hajj and umrah, it cannot be a bad thing.

    Wallahu A3lam. Was Salamu Alikum

  • I cried when I heard I wont have a beard in Jannat.., I love my beard just because it is the sunnat of my beloved Prophet (pbuh)

I wish All muslim brothers would grow their beard long and thick so their true power from within would be visible for all ! Just a shame they´ve forgotten who they are :( InshaAllah they will WAKE UP !

  • @basitkhan100 He delivers them in South West London.

  • Isn't growing a beard waajib?

  • @NCNAS96 Yes the beard is wajib, Allah Ta'la curses men who try to resemble women vice versa.

  • @mrwaqy Jazakhallaah khairan

  • @SayfAlMujahid99 I have seen people with big beards having sex with 20 year old girls while they are 50 + and having praying beads in one hand and a drink in another . If you really want to make Allah happy , shaved head or not isn't a problem . All you have to do is sajdah to him .

  • Even when you are in the army you cannot go to the battle field without the correct uniform or badge but Islam is bigger than just an army; when you are in Islam you are a Muslim so why would you not wear the "uniform"- (sunnah look) that identifies you as a Muslim? The only one answer to my question that I can think of is that ppl would wanna refuse to follow such sunnah(s) because they are ashamed of them.

  • Sorry but I disagree . The size of your beard , your praying beads or your jubbah does not make you fear Allah more or less . Full beard , no beard , bald or not the fear and love for Allah is there in a muslim and nothing can take it away .

  • @oldfashionedcrook It doesnt matter what you and I think. This religion is not up to us, it is obeying Allah as shown by the Prophet [peace be upon him], we learn this from the 2 sources the Quran and the hadith. The Prophet told us to grow a beard. Simple!

  • @hanafifiqh Sorry not everyone lives in a Muslim country and around the block from where I live to sardars were killed by racist people because they thought they were Muslim . And It's not religion it's sunnate rasul . He even permitted for us to lie about our religion if it concern the matters of life . Prophet kept a beard and also married a 9 year old . The times back then and today are different . Grow a big beard and see if harvard or cambridge lets you in . First see the world then argue

  • @hanafifiqh in sahih bukhari hadith is there...that Rasoolullah(s) made his sahabh drink urine of the camel....meaning there was shifa in the urine of the camel... I wonder if you do that....

  • @jesusdagr8 It was not a command for the rest of the ummah, it was specific for them and an expiation for the sin they commited. Look in Fath ul Bari by Ibn Hajar for more information. The intention of your comment is only known by Allah, so i will not judge.

  • @hanafifiqh Brother you mistook me....I meant to draw their attention towards Madhab...as without madhab its impossible to even understand the ahadeeth. How could they resort to ahadeeth only and call themselves salafis while not believing the salf-saliheen. Thats why i said to them to go for that if they literally want to go by it. And that in hadeeth i read that it was their health matter that rasoolullah (s) told them to drink it. Anyway my mission was the same what your one.

  • @hanafifiqh Sorry brother...i just realised i sent you message inadvertantly...actually i was trying to answer oldfashionedcrook who gave you some answer and in the end mentioned just Quran and hadith....sorry once again...

  • Jazak Allah for posting this.

Can you please remove the Nike symbol? It is a shirk symbol.

    Thank you for posting this!

  • @Muslim4Lyfe64 It's a brand . A real muslim will prefer to meet his death then too commit shirk and go on the bad side of Allah . My dad used to say that to ask forgiveness from a human is easy . Few gifts and they forgive you but begging for Allah forgiveness isn't easy . People spend their lives asking forgiveness . Someday I will tell you hadith on Imam hussain (r.h) . So I don't think nike is shirk but if it is please tell me and you will get the sawab of it if you are right .

  • @oldfashionedcrook

Salam alaykum. It is a brand but that brand "nike" is a greek "god" which is why I think it's best not to use that shirk symbol. :)

  • BEARD ... JUST GROW IT

    MashaAllah !!

  • MashAllah i love this shiekh and love you brother for uploading and let us to approach to such scholars and speech

  • @SayfAlMujahid99 The Sunnah Is To Keep it long like The Prohet did. Just below the ear lobes or to the shoulders. The only time he shaved his head was at Hajj. All the other Sahabis had long hair except for Hazrat Ali Radiallahu Anh,

  • Sadly too many " peeled patotoe brothers " :( may Allah give all brothers to keep the beards and follow the Prophets Peace and blessings be upon him Sunnah Ameen.

  • Allahu akbar. Nice speech. I would like to translate this video. But I will cut out this nike sign. May I change your video a bit?

  • mashALLAH brother thanks for the very nice upload

  • Beard is Fard. RasoolALLAH S.A.W. ordered to keep the beard.

    /watch?v=ngQsE_yLAVs

  • @MaulanaIshaqURDU beard is fardh, but by that that does not mean you have to have a beard like the imams, if you do,than that is very good, but their are levels of this fardh. For the full deed you have trimmed moustache and the beard at he length until you can hold it with your hand. If you have a simple beard or just a beard wheter that is the lowest grade of the fardh. So anything but clean shave is alright. But for the full deed you have to have like the imams or rather like the prophet PBUH

  • @Kainthemain Brother this video that brother Hanafi fiqh shared as well as the link I gave are about keeping the beard. They are not about the length of the beard.

  • @MaulanaIshaqURDU for the full fardh it is. Its a hadith even. How can a person argue against a hadith thats as bright as day.

  • @Kainthemain Brother, I am sorry but I do not understand what you are trying to say.

  • @MaulanaIshaqURDU look here watch?v=XYe-CXxgTRk&feature=related

    Hope this helps InshAllah ;)

  • @MaulanaIshaqURDU No It's sunah rasul to keep a beard that you can wrap your fist around it and its longer than that so length of beard is also a matter .

  • @oldfashionedcrook Brother, The length of the beard is not defined in the deen. Different scholars have different opinions regarding the length of the beard. However, most of the scholars agree that shaving the beard is haram and a major sin. So if one stops shaving then he is considered to keep a beard, be it any length. If you understand urdu then listen to the following link:

    watch?v=9nG13Hu33aQ

    JazakALLAH khair.

  • @MaulanaIshaqURDU I speak 9 languages and Urdu is one of them . Dari muthi bar keh honi chahie . And they are scholars not Imam , prophet or any authority figure who we follow .

  • @oldfashionedcrook MashaALLAH, very nice that you know 9 languages. Brother, I still do not understand what you are trying to say. With respect to keeping the beard there are 2 questions:

    1. Is keeping the beard fard or sunnah?

    - If it is fard then, it is a sin not to keep the beard.

    - If someone considers is to be sunnah then it is not a sin if someone does not keep a beard.

    2. What should be the length of the beard?

Of which of the points do you have problem with.

  • @MaulanaIshaqURDU

1- It's sunnah because fard is order . Like namaz , fasting , zakat , haj and jihad . All have a way out by being poor or sick but with namaz there is no forgiveness .Our prophet kept beard and its a sunnah . But in the times today beard is connected to terrorism so best to not take a risk 2- The length of our prophet beard was no lesser than the size of his fist which is a sunnah .

There are also sunnah's like not covering ankles for men , but to cover for women and etc

  • @oldfashionedcrook Brother, RasoolALLAH S.A.W ordered to keep the beard. Listen to the following clip:

    /watch?v=ngQsE_yLAVs

From the hadees mentioned by this scholar, we consider that keeping beard is farz and one who does not keep a beard is doing a sin. This is the opinion of most of the scholars. Some scholars might have a different opinion.

    JazakALLAH khair.

  • @MaulanaIshaqURDU And brother you tell me which is more noble . To be in a jungle and pray 5 times or be located next to bars and brothels and not go there and still pray 5 times . Keeping a beard as the video says will stop you because you are afraid to be seen by people , so whats the point ? We should fear Allah not humans . I am not afraid of people I am afraid of Allah and even thought I dont have a beard I will never buy alcoholic drinks from store to about 10 meters next to my house.

  • @oldfashionedcrook The length of the beard is not specified in the deen. All we know is that sahaba such as Hazrat Abdullah ibn Umar RA used to cut their beard at a fists length. We do not know what was the length of the beard of RasoolALLAH S.A.W. Thus, according to the actions of the sahaba, it is permissible to trim the beard. The link that I gave you before has a detailed discussion on the length of beard.

  • @oldfashionedcrook the thing moulana says about a man afraid to b seen in a wrong place with a beard is i think just said in good humour.kindly note my brother that if you dont love to look like how rasool s.a .w looked then you seriously need to work on your eemaan.please listen to the lecture'beard.wajib or sunnah'' by suleman moola.its a beautiful lecture, please do listen to it.
