They all refer to a temperature, but only the boiling point refers to a change in state. The other two are the initiation of a chemical reaction (combustion).

My original comment was to indicate (without too much detail) that they usually trend the same way (low boiling point will lead you to expect a low flash point, and vice-versa).

"Public school educated" carries completely opposite meanings in the US and UK. ! I went to state-schools.
