This argument has been brought time and again before courts and dismissed everytime. I want to believe it but theirs no precedent for someone being free from registrations and taxes et al by being a "free man"

As of my last look the way it works is each group of 1000 people submits $1000 providing each with insurance of $1,000,000 liability. No frivolous claims, only in the event you are involved in causing another physical damage and you are sued, etc.

Last time I checked on this, it was illegal to conceal the birth of a child. To be legal, write on a piece of paper all the information of the birth, all the information that would be on a birth certificate, parent(s) sign it plus 2 witnesses. I learned this when researching the legalities of homebirthing.

If you have this piece of paper it is, in essence, a birth certificate which can be used as such. I'm not saying it needs to be registered or anything. Even people of centuries ago kept track of lineage and which child belonged to whom.

@mothertory The main point I was referring to is, there are LAWS and there are STATUTES/ACTS/REGULATIONS. All completely different from laws. These are only LAWS when you consent to them. If you don't consent to them then you are not bound by them. Unfortunately, the police don't generally take someone's word about... anything. I would be interested in hearing what you have. Maybe it's better than what I've seen so far.

@Dr1Canuckchuck You can't be "under common law". Grammatically, one is "at common law", because common law is between the people and is not authored as positive law, therefore it is only "recorded" in "courts of record".

Check out Bill Thornton's material (1215 org) on how to exercise your rights standing as "one of the people" (a sovereign) in a "court of record" (a court proceeding according to the common law). He has three detailed seminars; "Sovereignty", "Motions" and "Forms".

@Bioritize Last I checked, it does not need to be notarized. That's why you have two witnesses sign it. Just like on the marriage certificate when one gets married. Marriages, though, have to be filed somewhere to be recognized as a "legal" marriage. I don't know if births are the same now.
