I see you, my daugther play the violin she has 1 year in class you are the master honorific jejeje and you are awesome play the violin , she was learn to move the arc, the fingers is a problem in the first class, see you and tanks!! (Sorry my bad eng)
I have always wanted to play violin, but there are three things holding me back:
1. I'm an adult (is it possible to still learn?)
2. I won't be able to learn for some time more
3. I'm left handed (is it possible to string a violin so a lefty can play it, because I simply can't wrap my head around playing it the right handed way?)
@MDkid1 1. Yes, it's still possible. If it's something that you really want and put some effort into it, it won't be any hard at all.
2. This isn't a question?
3. I'm left handed too. I don't know if it's just me, but I can play how it's supposed to be (right handed way). You can try out learning like that since I really had no problem at all. Again, that's just me, maybe it won't be as easy to you. I'm not sure about stringing the violin differently, so lets wait for someone who does know.
@ungusfungus I didn't say that they were 3 questions. Yes, I have already tried to learn righty, and it was basically impossible, I just can't wrap my head around it!
