Speaking as an electronic engineer who recognises the components shown at the start, the only thing it will possibly do is light up the neon bulb (the glass component with the two redish ends and a green band) in the presence of a changing magnetic field.

Mind you, it would have to be a pretty impressive field. It might light up if you stood right under some high voltage lines.

Alternatively, it might light up if you were being struck by lightning, in case you hadn't noticed.

I think this is a great video. There is a lot in it. I hope a lot of people see this video and have an opportunity to experience Brane-Power for themselves.
