Salvatrucho, I agree fully, and HRC would have been best in the Senate. But I am thinking maybe Obama wants Richardson in a position where he will work closer with him on economic issues, because the economy is the most difficult task and Obama and Richardson work better together. So it is better to have HRC as Sec of State, where she is not too involved in this. Even though Richardson was more qualified for Sec of State.
