This is the only place in the world where people are hired to collect human waste from house to house and then it is later dumped ooh maskiin.Kenya chose to treat NEP as an appendix. As doctors say, if the appendix bursts it is removed and never replaced and it seams NEP is an attachment to Kenya that it could do without.The people of NEP have had enough of colonization and this time they must divorce themselves of the fear that has griped them for so long.
