Beautiful song my friend! Guard your heart,! Sorry, you had your heart broken again! thanks for sharing ! My heart has been broken so may times , it has a shield around it!
I dont think tori has more than 2 more cds left in her.
i think the rock star image & music sells better with
the masses of ppl that really dont care what she sings about. as long as you get the idea that she is hating on government it will sale. Myself i probably wont remember american doll posse in 50 years but ill remember little earthquakes thru boys for pele forever. new songs are good but not great
Thank god. I've been scared to really say anything because it seems I'm the only one who doesn't like the new album too much with all the praises I keep seeing here. I didn't really give much attention to her music from Strange Little Girls to now, except for maybe half of Scarlett's Walk. It's a shame, though. There won't be anything like her any time soon. We'll just always have her older recordings on youtube!
but shes not trying to make a memorable album i dont think she ever has... i beleive little earthquakes was about survival... she needed some kind of cathaticism in order for things to make some sort of sense... every album is like a book, sure some people are going to like some more than the others, but there is beauty in it all, i think tori will make albums until it doesnt make sense to do so anymore... but who knows
Quite funny, if you ask me, how you take the "more than 2 cd's left" part as your own opinion, when that's actually something she's been saying these last months on many interviews.
One thing I've noticed with Tori's albums is that sometimes I'm not ready for them. The Beekeeper was not for me, but the album is written from a mother's standpoint and I am not a mother. Little Earthquakes and Choir girl were exactly what I needed at that point in my life. I could completely relate, but I had to wait til my early 20's to appreciate Under the Pink. Maybe someday I'll grow into her newer albums.
De loin, ma chanson préférée de Tori... Tirée de son spectacle hallucinant à Montréal en 1994...

YES more 90's Tori! Thanks, man. I'm not getting into the new 'rock star' stage performance stuff. Good old solo Tori on her piano.
