U used Iwantitpaintedblack for the black cars in ur garage =P.

But when you have 100% completed, you can get a Tank very easily at the Army Base.

Just find all packages and there you are.

There's a MUCH easier way! Stock up on hand grenades, and up north of the icecream parlor where the paint shop is right next to the pharmacy... park a car in the spray shop, then attract a wanted level. Then just lob hand grenades out the door of the pharmacy (can do in slow motion too, if you fancy it) until you get max wanted level. Watch for a tank, and as soon as you see it: run to the vehicle you parked in the spray show, nullifying wanted level.

Viola! Tank!

you are using cheats!!

just go to vercetti's mansion and kill ur gang mem. Then, keep on doing and oso kill the cops outsitde until u get a 3 or 4 star wanted level. Get inside the mansion and kill the cops inside until u get 6 stars. Make sure your health and armor is full or high, then go out and steal the nearest tank. kill the soldier from the open window on the front annd jack it. Safe it in any garage.( the mansions garage is the best). This way, u wont hv to deal with fbi's and swat teams.

If you aim just right, you can get a headshot on the driver from any angle, makes it much faster.
