"Smedly Butler said "war was a racket" " deskducker
Well said.
But it was dick that invented LOGCAP in 1992... the replacement of what was normally considered military duty - from peeling potatoes to building barracks - with paid contractors.
dick Cheney was warned in 1/01 that al Quada was coming. He said UBL was powerless and the true threat was SH.Read Richard Clark. PW told CLark in 1/01 that UBL was no issue. Warned, dick ignored facts in favor of invading the wrong country. We should have never been hit to begin with. Ignorant neo-cons seem to fall for this: We are safer because we ignored warnings, allowed our country to be attacked, let UBL go in Tora Bora and occupied the wrong country.
Pretending that people aren't trying to attack the US invites another 9/11, or worse. The state of our economy, whether bustling or deteriorating, does not change the opinion of our enemies. You seem to have the naive liberal sense of the world, that if we just extend a hand to terrorists, they would shake it, and not cut it off. The evidence is, time and again, they chop it off. As for debt: Democrats have taken what Bush accumulated over 8 years and made it look like pennies in a single year.
What's Naive is the idea that we have unlimited resources at our disposal. That we can just keep printing up money and supporting foreign entanglements and domestic welfare programs forever.
We'd be in a much better position to defend our country if we increased the amount of capital devoted to domestic security.
You've erroneously classified me as being on the left. I have less love for modern liberal socialism than I have for neo conservatism.
So you're saying you appreciate a strong national defense, and the fact that we haven't been attacked since 9/11. Then you can thank Bush's administration for making us safer and stronger. Digging ourselves into debt is what the Democrats have done in the last three years, along with stifling any efforts at true bi-partisanship. RINOs are as bad as DEMs when it comes to our economy. And I never called you a liberal. Read a little closer. I would rather be safe and poor, than rich and dead.
Unfortunately, I DON'T thank Bush's administration for things they didn't actually do.
Bush made us LESS secure, by giving out a bunch of money that we didn't have...For no better purpose than "shopping."
There are rational methods by which we can achieve defense and security. "Bi-partisanship," since it means nothing more than "unrestrained government," is NOT one of these methods.
You can't be both "safe and poor." That's simply sticking your head in the sand and hoping for the best.
If you can't acknowledge the good things Bush did then you're just a complete moron. You're right about bi-partisanship: it means, being more liberal and less conservative. You cannot be an adult and not recognize the significance of 9/11. You probably blame that on Bush, too. The only things he failed on were domestic issues, like No Brain Put to Good Use. You seem to be the beneficiary of that program. And your last line is proof of the fact that we're still the wealthiest nation in the world.
*sigh*...You're going to stick to this straw man line of attack, aren't you? You realize THIS is the reason the Republicans lost Libertarian backing in the first place, right? It's why the Demonbrats won.
Why don't you want to actually have a discussion with the person in front of you? Why do you have to make up someone else's argument for them? Do you think this actually works?
I have no desire to defend a position I only hold in your imagination.
Look, you're not making any sense. You are anti-war, which is a position I can respect, but you are also claiming we're broke. Freeing 52 million people in Iraq is good. We "dug a debt" but we were safer under Bush's foreign policy. You want a president that will legalize drugs, stay out of the international picture. Bottom line, we are not broke, but congress is spending trillions like it's lunch money, so libertarian is great in theory, but cannot win a general election.
I'm not anti-war actually...I'm completely behind defending U.S. interests, AND for defending the human rights of those who live in oppressive countries...If we can afford it.
I think it's important that we prioritize where we apply our limited resources. The money we spent freeing Iraq from an admittedly, horrible dictator, might have been the money that would have paid for a means of protecting us from North Korea, for example.
A smaller government IS coming. The only question is how.
The government is only growing under Obama, and it might be hard to recover from, with his environmental policies and this health care plan. The effects of these two things alone could totally undermine the policies of a truly conservative president. The country needs smaller government, in a bad way. According to a recent poll conservatives outnumber liberals in this country 2:1. The GOP needs to get it's shit together and take control of congress. I apologize for being rude and offensive.
I consider myself a Libertarian. The mainstream Conservatives, I think, would do well to join forces with Libertarians. At least temporarily, to fight the Fiscal nightmare coming from the left.
The current split between Neocons and Libertarians is only giving the socialist minority more power.
After we get rid of the Statists, we can go back to debating relatively minor issues, like legalizing drugs.

I wonder how Cheney and Bush are making out on Haliberton.. at $100 for a load of laundry we are paying for I would say they are doing pretty good. Do you relize that in 10 years of this war every single American alive would have invested $33,000 into this war??? Thats every man, woman and child in America do the numbers for just 5 years at 450 Billion divided by the total usa population.. times by 3 since they are saying it is going to cost even more.
Christ- it's so goddamned funny how this government really did manage to drive off the terrorists by slamming a couple of planes into it's own nation's greatest city. I can't wait to see their raw, putrifying faces kite-pecked in the gibbets- it will be like the big wedding at the end of some sublime little comedy
"The terrorists waging war against the united states don't operate according to the rules of warfare-" Cheney apparently does not see our intellects fit to embrace whatever his objectivity might encompass
Why do we have the responsibility to respect the lessons that these murderous, torturing psychopaths learned when their little game went afoot on Sept. 11, when they had the butterflies in thir stoachs contact sufficiant nerve endings as to make them dully aware of what they had done? When do WE TEACH THEM THE LESSON OF THE MEANING OF THE WORD JUSTICE AS IT EXISTS INDEPENDANT OF THE CONCEPTS OF WAR AND TERRORISM?
"Some of the early battlefields of the war have been right here in the United States..." this sounds different from spying on foreigners talking to foreigners through devices we'd procedurally isolated from CIA access. Is this a battle for souls? Did Cheney and other Christians murder 3,000 persons to save countless other souls or perhaps MORE WORTHY souls? Some people operate by the rules of warfare, and some people operate by the rules of normal, decent humanity- Cheney says it himself.
What happens if one day someone wakes up and discovers that he doesn't operate by the rules of warfare or oh i dunno common human decency (: )? What orders are to be issued to his spouse and parents and CHILDREN if he thinks maybe its high time, maybe even -PLANE- ( 7: 50) that The National Security Council must be tried, convicted, and hang by the neck for arranging the demolition of sixteen acres of New York?
Allow directives to be issued to private parties for intelligence gathering purposes. Why must the government order private parties to cooperate with them? The wickedness of trial lawyers?
the right hand jerks upward at "every tool" (being his tool) (5:33) and later, at something even more glorious than that, "their funding-" I conclude those two things are the same as one another. Notice how he swiftly ducks his head when he fully names the person he blames for 9/11 (9:38.) Listen to the shame in his voice when he says the word "information" at 10:04. He says tapping a domestic line or devise to hear a foreigner talking to a foreigner is an institutional change.
"find out what happens, the rest the bad guys, and move on-" he says "the rest" to diminish legal procedure because he actively bends his will on its trivialization. It's his trap. Watch carefully around min/secs when he shows his little boy talking through the blows of conscience - afterwards he lurches stage right and grinds something that must be destroyed into the ground, twisting his left foot into the floor. Any takers on this?
"turned sixteen acres of new york city to ashes" Notice how he always steps aside to avoid the assassin's bullet you'd almost think he'd shot someone himself ashes to ashes dust to dust
I could care less what everyone else says this guy wa a great vice president. I honestly thought Bush and he were useless from the beginning of their administrationuntil years after 9/11. The only thing that made me admire them so much was what they accomplished
When Dick Cheney became Vice President in 2001 he refused to let go of 189,000 shares of Halliburton stock, though he repeatedly proclaimed that he had done so. What integrity!
During the Viet Nam war, little Dick cheney took five deferments. What courage!
getplaning, "he refused to let go of 189,000 shares of Halliburton stock"
Not quite, Cheney gave to charity the after-tax value of his remaining Halliburton options on Jan. 18, three days before he was sworn in as vice president. The options are controlled by a lawyer for the Washington firm of Williams & Connolly, Phillip Ward, who will exercise them, pay the taxes owed by the Cheneys & give the rest to 3 charities. From the dividends alone, he gave $7.8M in 2001.
Oh, sure, Cheney is giving all these profits to charity.
His Halliburton stock has not been given to any charity.
Cheney is planning on giving the dividends from his stocks to charities during his vice presidential term, it's true. However, once he's out of office , the stock is in his name to do what he wishes...sell it and/or transfer some to his heirs....and the bulk of the profits is the stock itself....not the dividends.
"His Halliburton stock has not been given to any charity."
Neither have I sold mine, that would be a real stupid think to do!!!!
Do you think Cheney is stupid?.... do you think that is why so many large companies wants him for CEO of their companies and Bush had to plead with him to go back to politics?... Get real!
some people plead and some people are begged. Bismark used to plead with his emperor to cooperate with his brilliant schemes to empower Germany. Do you think that Richard Cheney is a Bismark? DO you think Bismark couldn't have poisoned his emperor if his cunning had found it conducive to a more efficient working of his plans?
Cheney quotes Attorney General Michael Mukasey, who described the need for these companies to defend against litigation as "an enormous burden." What he really means is that defending the roughly 40 pending lawsuits is cutting into their profits.
You have a point there. At least about the profits of Verizon and AT&T. The lawsuits filed against the telecoms don't concern the administration so much because of potential financial damage to the companies themselves. It's because the suits will do what the Democratic Congress has failed to do: initiate discovery proceedings against the actions of the administration with regard to impeachable offenses. Cheney is afraid of prosecution, not seeing his Verizon stock go down.
The companies have a duty to help catch terrorists and did what the Government asked, it is just that simple, but idiots that like to file $50 billion lawsuits in any attempt to cash in with their treasonous and deranged "bash Bush" syndrome should be hit with a frivolous lawsuit abuse fine and be made to pay for their lunacy.
This is crap. It's good to fight terrorism but to tout them as the "greatest threat the US has ever encountered" is just fear mongering. No way these rag-tag suicide bombers are a greater threat than PRNK or the ex-USSR. There are 7,500 offensive tactical nuclear warheads operational within 15 minutes worldwide. Not 1 is in the hands of a terrorist. FISA & the Patriot Act are only measures to spy on those the Neo-cons feel are the enemy of their own policies.
tattu, "There are 7,500 offensive tactical nuclear warheads within 15 minutes worldwide. Not 1 is in the hands of a terrorist."
And just what proof do you have of this?... Just what historical fats do you know about all the missing radioactive materials missing from around the world of the multiply times it has been intercepted including weapons greade uranium & plotonium?
You think you know more than the worlds intelligence services or the Pres. of the US & it's BEST advisors?
Our gentle sister Canada has put OUR America on a "torture watch list," with Syria! Bush/Cheney have damaged our country in a way Al Qaeda never could; they have destroyed America's good name in the eyes of the world, and we are losing all our allies! We must demand the impeachment of Dick Cheney now; the world is watching to see if we Americans will stand up and do something! IMPEACH CHENEY NOW!
We all know that this illegal wiretap program began BEFORE 9-11 and didn't stop the attack. It should be obvious that Cheney isn't interested in tracking terrorists, he is tracking political opposition and seeking insider information in business. The only place he isn't booed off the podium is Heritage Foundation and AEI.
I shut off my home phone, and changed my cell phone to "Working assets CREDO! I will not spend one penny with any company that condone the actions of this fascist dictatorship! I will not support an economy that condones torture! I am an American and I do not condone torture!
(FreedomsPatriot) Better than being a puppet of the government's programming, or an ass kissing, goat-roping, spineless whore for this fascist dictatorship that Butt Head Bush, and Dick face Cheney have been trying to put in place in OUR America. MY family has been in this country since the 16 century, my forefathers fought and died for my freedom, and I will not shame them by acting like some friggen SHEEPLE! So F*&K OFF and go HIDE UNDER YOUR BED you stinking chicken shit traitor!
wisk, you are a delusional sick son of a bitch and disgrace your heritage with a filthy mouth and an equally distorted & twisted view of reality. I can tell YOU never served and I guarantee you wouldn't say that to my face unless your suicidal too!
I support listening into any foreign conversations & mindless lawsuits, or do you even have any idea of what FISA is all about?
IT stopped numerous terrorist plots & conviction in San Diego to stopped Stinger missile sales to Al'Qaeda in San Diego.
correction, I support listening into any foreign conversations WITHOUT mindless lawsuits.
If even one of the foiled attacks happened near you, I am sure you would say jack shit about the common sense act and BEST form of gathering intel. Thanks to Clinton, the intel community was decimated with his "no more recruitment of unsavory characters" for first hand intel in his lunitic liberal decisions.
BTW moron, I don't hide, I just reload another few thousand rounds!
wisk, "I shut off my home phone, and changed my cell phone to "Working assets CREDO! I will not spend one penny with any company that condone the actions of this fascist dictatorship! I will not support an economy that condones torture!"
You are the one hiding under your bed cowardly hypocrite!
"We all know that this illegal wiretap program began BEFORE 9-11 and didn't stop the attack."
Thanks to Clinton decimating the intelligence community and the Clinton/Goreick wall of silence that banned any conversation between the CIA & FBI?
Do you not remember his decision to "stop anymore hiring of unsavory characters by the CIA for first hand knowledge? It has been proven that the dots could have been made that "COULD" have stopped the second attack on the WTC on 911, fact.
The dots were presented to George Bush and Condi Rice many times. Bush told the team of CIA agents sent to brief him on impending Al Quaeda attacks at his faux ranch "OK, you covered your ass, now go back to Langley". Condi Rice testified that "No one could have imagined them taking a plane, slamming it into the Pentagon...into the World Trade Center, using planes as a missile." As usual, the whiners are trying to blame our current problems on Clinton. No one's buying it. "Patriot" LMAO
"The dots were presented to George Bush and Condi Rice many times."
LIE!
The briefings were the same everyday without any specifics while Clinton failed to get Bin Laden & Sandy "Burglar" covered it up.
The "dots" were only pieced together later & exposed the damage Clinton did to the CIA "no more unsavory characters" for real first hand intel, thanks to the Clinton/Gorelick law that blocked the CIA from telling the FBI, FACT.
It's no lie. Bush really did tell the CIA briefing team "OK,You covered your ass". It's well documented, and as sophisticated as you obviously are, I'm sure you are already well aware of this.
You whine and whine about Clinton. The massive compendium of data on Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda compiled by Sandy Berger, delivered to Condoleezza Rice upon his departure, went completely and admittedly unread until well after the attacks took place.
LOL I don't know where you come up with this stuff, honestly. The "massive compendium of data" can be found today at the National Security Archive at GWU. You know, the stuff Condi Rice said she never got, but later had to admit she had?
Destroyed outside at a construction site- that's a good one.
Clinton deserves most of the blame, that is historical fact, but I;m sure since you probably believe the moveon lies of George Soros over documented first hand accounts of the players in the White House what do you care about facts or truth of any kind?
The only whiners are the Clinton excuse makes that live in fantasy land! Clinton, Tenet, Clarke & Berger have been exposed for their lies & deceptions & Berger committed treason in the National Archives & now being rewarded by Hillary.
The "wall" that you accuse Democrats of erecting had been built well before Gorelick or Clinton took office. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, when it met for the first time in 2002 traced the origin of the "wall" to "some point during the 1980s." That would be the REAGAN era, woudn't it?
But I'm sure you can find a way to blame Clinton for the Reagan era too. LOL
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, when it met for the first time in 2002 traced the origin of the "wall" to "some point during the 1980s."
Lie,....just a lie from moveon.... go research it.
The other problem people objected too was the example Rumsfeld pointed out during the 911 investigation, the corrupt Demoncrroks let Goerlich sit on the panel and she helped cause the mess!
There were many people on the 9-11 Commission who had serious conflicts of interest with the goals of the Commission. Goerlick was just one.
Bush tried to appoint Henry Kissinger as chair of the commission. Kissinger stepped down in order to avoid answering questions about conflicts of interest.
Thomas Kean is a director of oil giant Amerada Hess and has business ties to Saudi oil magnate Khalid bin Mahfouz. The list goes on.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Our president and vice president has done great things, I hope that the left leans to the right. If not they will wish they had...Our next leader has to work on the foundation thats been built. He needs to have resolve, values and wisdom...
Did anyone notice that dick said that there have been attempted attacks on the United States? Check the segment.. Cheney on Terrorist threat after 9/11. Hes spreading the crap that was said in 2003. Do not give the Bush administration anymore power. Hopefully we will have humans in the white house next year.
Did anyone catch the "protecting Americans from acts of war by foreign enemies" from the toad in the beginning?
Does anyone else hear this?! The surveillance legislation doesn't target FOREIGNERS, it targets CITIZENS. Good god, when will people open their ears? When will people wake up and realize that foreign and international economic policy, and military ventures shape the image of the US abroad? I can't believe this crap. ABOLISH FISA.
What we need is surveillance on Dick Cheney's phone and computer communications for the last eight years. What? They have all been deleted? What a coincidence!
Cheney/Romney 2012!

Listen to him say that the united states government doesn't have the facilities to tap phone calls.
thinazzabird 3 years ago
Why do we have the responsibility to respect the lessons that these murderous, torturing psychopaths learned when their little game went afoot on Sept. 11, when they had the butterflies in thir stoachs contact sufficiant nerve endings as to make them dully aware of what they had done? When do WE TEACH THEM THE LESSON OF THE MEANING OF THE WORD JUSTICE AS IT EXISTS INDEPENDANT OF THE CONCEPTS OF WAR AND TERRORISM?
thinazzabird 3 years ago
"Some of the early battlefields of the war have been right here in the United States..." this sounds different from spying on foreigners talking to foreigners through devices we'd procedurally isolated from CIA access. Is this a battle for souls? Did Cheney and other Christians murder 3,000 persons to save countless other souls or perhaps MORE WORTHY souls? Some people operate by the rules of warfare, and some people operate by the rules of normal, decent humanity- Cheney says it himself.
thinazzabird 3 years ago
What happens if one day someone wakes up and discovers that he doesn't operate by the rules of warfare or oh i dunno common human decency (: )? What orders are to be issued to his spouse and parents and CHILDREN if he thinks maybe its high time, maybe even -PLANE- ( 7: 50) that The National Security Council must be tried, convicted, and hang by the neck for arranging the demolition of sixteen acres of New York?
thinazzabird 3 years ago
Allow directives to be issued to private parties for intelligence gathering purposes. Why must the government order private parties to cooperate with them? The wickedness of trial lawyers?
thinazzabird 3 years ago
the right hand jerks upward at "every tool" (being his tool) (5:33) and later, at something even more glorious than that, "their funding-" I conclude those two things are the same as one another. Notice how he swiftly ducks his head when he fully names the person he blames for 9/11 (9:38.) Listen to the shame in his voice when he says the word "information" at 10:04. He says tapping a domestic line or devise to hear a foreigner talking to a foreigner is an institutional change.
thinazzabird 3 years ago
"find out what happens, the rest the bad guys, and move on-" he says "the rest" to diminish legal procedure because he actively bends his will on its trivialization. It's his trap. Watch carefully around min/secs when he shows his little boy talking through the blows of conscience - afterwards he lurches stage right and grinds something that must be destroyed into the ground, twisting his left foot into the floor. Any takers on this?
thinazzabird 3 years ago
"turned sixteen acres of new york city to ashes" Notice how he always steps aside to avoid the assassin's bullet you'd almost think he'd shot someone himself ashes to ashes dust to dust

When Dick Cheney became Vice President in 2001 he refused to let go of 189,000 shares of Halliburton stock, though he repeatedly proclaimed that he had done so. What integrity!
During the Viet Nam war, little Dick cheney took five deferments. What courage!
getplaning 4 years ago
getplaning, "he refused to let go of 189,000 shares of Halliburton stock"
Not quite, Cheney gave to charity the after-tax value of his remaining Halliburton options on Jan. 18, three days before he was sworn in as vice president. The options are controlled by a lawyer for the Washington firm of Williams & Connolly, Phillip Ward, who will exercise them, pay the taxes owed by the Cheneys & give the rest to 3 charities. From the dividends alone, he gave $7.8M in 2001.
How many $M's did you give?
FreedomsPatriot 4 years ago
Oh, sure, Cheney is giving all these profits to charity.
His Halliburton stock has not been given to any charity.
Cheney is planning on giving the dividends from his stocks to charities during his vice presidential term, it's true. However, once he's out of office , the stock is in his name to do what he wishes...sell it and/or transfer some to his heirs....and the bulk of the profits is the stock itself....not the dividends.
That leaves the five deferrments.
getplaning 4 years ago
"His Halliburton stock has not been given to any charity."
Neither have I sold mine, that would be a real stupid think to do!!!!
Do you think Cheney is stupid?.... do you think that is why so many large companies wants him for CEO of their companies and Bush had to plead with him to go back to politics?... Get real!
FreedomsPatriot 4 years ago
some people plead and some people are begged. Bismark used to plead with his emperor to cooperate with his brilliant schemes to empower Germany. Do you think that Richard Cheney is a Bismark? DO you think Bismark couldn't have poisoned his emperor if his cunning had found it conducive to a more efficient working of his plans?
thinazzabird 3 years ago
Cheney quotes Attorney General Michael Mukasey, who described the need for these companies to defend against litigation as "an enormous burden." What he really means is that defending the roughly 40 pending lawsuits is cutting into their profits.
getplaning 4 years ago
"40 pending lawsuits is cutting into their profits."
Oh yea, right?... Is there any mindless propaganda you won't swallow?
FreedomsPatriot 4 years ago
You have a point there. At least about the profits of Verizon and AT&T. The lawsuits filed against the telecoms don't concern the administration so much because of potential financial damage to the companies themselves. It's because the suits will do what the Democratic Congress has failed to do: initiate discovery proceedings against the actions of the administration with regard to impeachable offenses. Cheney is afraid of prosecution, not seeing his Verizon stock go down.
getplaning 4 years ago
The companies have a duty to help catch terrorists and did what the Government asked, it is just that simple, but idiots that like to file $50 billion lawsuits in any attempt to cash in with their treasonous and deranged "bash Bush" syndrome should be hit with a frivolous lawsuit abuse fine and be made to pay for their lunacy.
FreedomsPatriot 4 years ago
This is crap. It's good to fight terrorism but to tout them as the "greatest threat the US has ever encountered" is just fear mongering. No way these rag-tag suicide bombers are a greater threat than PRNK or the ex-USSR. There are 7,500 offensive tactical nuclear warheads operational within 15 minutes worldwide. Not 1 is in the hands of a terrorist. FISA & the Patriot Act are only measures to spy on those the Neo-cons feel are the enemy of their own policies.

We all know that this illegal wiretap program began BEFORE 9-11 and didn't stop the attack. correction, I support listening into any foreign conversations WITHOUT mindless lawsuits.
If even one of the foiled attacks happened near you, I am sure you would say jack shit about the common sense act and BEST form of gathering intel.
FreedomsPatriot 4 years ago
The dots were presented to George Bush and Condi Rice many times. Bush told the team of CIA agents sent to brief him on impending Al Quaeda attacks at his faux ranch "OK, you covered your ass, now go back to Langley". Condi Rice testified that "No one could have imagined them taking a plane, slamming it into the Pentagon...into the World Trade Center, using planes as a missile." As usual, the whiners are trying to blame our current problems on Clinton. No one's buying it. "Patriot" LMAO
getplaning 4 years ago
get-informed!,
"The dots were presented to George Bush and Condi Rice many times."
You need to get re-educated with some real facts!
FreedomsPatriot 4 years ago
It's no lie. Bush really did tell the CIA briefing team "OK,You covered your ass". It's well documented, and as sophisticated as you obviously are, I'm sure you are already well aware of this.
You whine and whine about Clinton. The massive compendium of data on Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda compiled by Sandy Berger, delivered to Condoleezza Rice upon his departure, went completely and admittedly unread until well after the attacks took place.
You want to blame Clinton? Shame on you.
getplaning 4 years ago
"The massive compendium of data on Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda compiled by Sandy Berger,"
WAS DESTROYED BY bERGER OUTSIDE AT A CONSTRUCTION SITE YOU DUMBASS!!!!
Maybe you are way to ignorant of simple known facts to be wasting any time on at all?
FreedomsPatriot 4 years ago
LOL I don't know where you come up with this stuff, honestly. The "massive compendium of data" can be found today at the National Security Archive at GWU. You know, the stuff Condi Rice said she never got, but later had to admit she had?
Destroyed outside at a construction site- that's a good one.
getplaning 4 years ago
Yeah, it's a good thing they immediately reversed THAT policy, we would never have gotten that bulletproof intel from that Curveball guy.
getplaning 4 years ago
Clinton deserves most of the blame, that is historical fact, but I;m sure since you probably believe the moveon lies of George Soros over documented first hand accounts of the players in the White House what do you care about facts or truth of any kind?
The only whiners are the Clinton excuse makes that live in fantasy land! Clinton, Tenet, Clarke & Berger have been exposed for their lies & deceptions & Berger committed treason in the National Archives & now being rewarded by Hillary.
FreedomsPatriot 4 years ago
The "wall" that you accuse Democrats of erecting had been built well before Gorelick or Clinton took office. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, when it met for the first time in 2002 traced the origin of the "wall" to "some point during the 1980s." That would be the REAGAN era, woudn't it?
But I'm sure you can find a way to blame Clinton for the Reagan era too. LOL
getplaning 4 years ago
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review, when it met for the first time in 2002 traced the origin of the "wall" to "some point during the 1980s."
Lie,....just a lie from moveon.... go research it.
The other problem people objected too was the example Rumsfeld pointed out during the 911 investigation, the corrupt Demoncrroks let Goerlich sit on the panel and she helped cause the mess!
FreedomsPatriot 4 years ago
Nope, fact. Prove me wrong if you can.
