Look also for the Volkswagens Passat or Audi 80 or 100 of the old days who are stil sold over there and mostley used as taxi's.

dont forget the japanese used to copy too...and in a few short decades the japanese car industry has become the bench mark. In a country that has been living in poverty for decades, the local market tends to aspire towards cars from established first world nations...thus local automakers would be tempted to copy to capture that market

those cars are not exactly the same copy, they are only similars and im sure the structure of those cars are different too cause they have poor quality, im afraid BMW mercedes toyota or whatever cant do nothing to stop it.

Chinese design inadequately understood in our country .. We are accustomed to the Japanese, European cars. A successful use of design patterns - it is not really bad - so the model would be better sold in a market where it will be perceived as his own. Now the Chinese models, I like those copied. Design decisions Chinese seem tasteless and cause a feeling of disgust IMHO. It may just have to explore what the consumer wants?

These copy's are just bad. I can see the resemblence to the original car, but they look like rubbish imitations. I hope rainbow0924's comments are true and that most of China veer away from this type of copying, as after the beijing olympic's I know that China has the capacity to design and make great things, and hopefully their cars will follow when they start designing and making original produce.

You insult chinese car designers. I look at chinese cars but no chinese cars similar to original ones. Any kid can differentiate any Chinese cars and original ones.China invented paper and Gun powder. Western and other countries copied from China making paper and gun powders.
