First of all those aren't spare ribs. They're not even ribs, that's pork shoulder sliced up and boiling them is the LAST thing you want to do! Smoke those things for Christ's sake! And "all the magic happens" on the gas grill? wow. Rookies shouldn't make how-to videos.
@DizzyDougTV You dumb fuck, you don't know that country style pork ribs are actually cut from pork butt? You think those are actually ribs dipshit? bwahahahaha! and what the fuck does child please mean fucktard?
@Blackened75 Fuck you, bitchI You're the fucktard that came to my video, talking out of the side of your ass. Bitch!
You're "kinda" good on the grill? Bitch... I'd cook you under the table, faggot!
Piece of shit. Keep talking garbage. People like you who don't have the balls to say something to someones face, so you grow a cyber sack and think you're bog man on campus. Fuck you, troll. "Look at me... I can talk shit on the internet.. because I'm a coward. No one can see me behind my monitor".
@DizzyDougTV Fuck yourself you little faggot. You're the doofus that said "I'm kind of good on the grill" and proceed to boil pork. hahaha what a fucking queer. Hey dipshit maybe next time you decide to make a how-to video, have a clue what you're talking about. Spare ribs? Jesus Christ dude, and how do you not know you're cooking pork butt ie: pork shoulder. hahaha! what a dumbfuck
@Blackened75 Fuck you, bitch! Since you want to talk shit, lets see if you can back it up. Fag.
Post a BBQ video on your channel, I'll post one on mine, and well see who wins. Man enough to put your money where your mouth is? Bitch? If not. Shut the fuck up.....
Digging the western style "make the damn grill a BBQ" thinking...I'm thinking about the possibility of adding smoke to them? Maybe add the smoke pan to some low coals for like an hour or so while flipping them, without sauce, then fire up the coals AGAIN, and get that sauce bubblin' goodness going to finish? Hmmm....I still have a Weber, after all this IS Cali.
Have you ever seered them first and then 'bake' them? I seered some the other day with some blackened season, then put them in a pan with a bit of beer, chicken brother, garlic and a few other basic ingredients. Added some potatoes and onion to it and let em cook on the grill until the potatoes were. Came out REALLY good. Basically just reverse of what you did. I got tired of the things falling apart when I wanted to put them on the grill out of the pan lol.

this is zackly what you don't want to do with..( country style pork ribs) .. first off they are not RIBS ! they are pork shoulder cut to mimick a rib, so you must treat them as a pork shoulder...long & slow baby, NOT on a weber.. thats grilling ,..these need a smoker. then foil ect... your stuff looked chared & dry.....Weber?
And blackened75, grow up. Sheesh.
